“Mm.” Franklin smiled small and lightly flicked an eyebrow as he gazed at Chaz, intrigued. The midnight blue eyeliner brought out his baby blue eyes that seemed to have a naturalsparkleall their own, emitting apowerto mesmerize anyone who gazed into their lovely depths.

Chaz chuckled lightly. “It isn’t sommfor me. Drake went out of town on business this morning and won’t be back for a couple of days. So…” Chaz sighed.

“He won’t be here for Valentine’s Day?”

“Nope.”

“Well, that sucks ass—and not in the good way.”

“Don’t I know it.” He dragged his hand over his mouth. “So, what about you? Do you have a hot date for tomorrow?”

Franklin shrugged and smiled and leaned on the bar. “Maybe,” he drawled impishly. “I’ve had my eye on someone, and I’ve been getting vibes from him as well… so, I’m thinking of seeing if he wants to… well, get a littledirtywith me.”

Fuck.Chaz shifted on the stool when his dick suddenly hardened.

Leaning closer, Franklin squinted playfully at Chaz. “Do you think he’ll accept the invite?”

Chaz cleared his throat. “If he’s got a pulse… fuck, yeah. You’re hot as fuck, baby.”

“Mm.” Franklin smiled sweetly. “Thank you, darlin’. You’re quite fuckable yourself. But I don’t have to tell you that—I’m sure Drake does a damn fine job of reminding you every day.”

“Well, yeah.” Chaz chuckled. “He does that.”

“Mmm.”Franklin sighed dreamily. “You’re so lucky.”

“Yeah?”

“Sure. You’re married to a hottie like Drake who caters to your every whim—sexually and otherwise—am I right?”

Chaz smiled. “You’re not wrong.”

“Mm. Color me envious.”

“Envious?” Chaz raised an eyebrow. “I never took you for the settling down type.”

Franklin laughed. “Oh, no. I am so not ready to settle down. No way I’m ready to give up the…variety. But then…” He poked a finger at Chaz and stroked his cheek. “… neither are you and Drake, hm?” His blue eyes twinkled. “Andthat’swhat I envy. The committed relationship… with some very naughty benefits.”

“Yeah, well…” Chaz rubbed his chest and grinned. “… that is something to envy.”

“I’d say.” Franklin prepared a mango smoothie there on the bar and poured it into a chilled glass, popped in a silicon straw, and slid it over to Chaz. “So, when did you know Drake was the one?”

Chaz sucked on the smoothie and then licked his lips. “The second I saw him. We met at a strip club. That high-end place downtown; The Phoenix Club.”

“Yeah, I’ve been there.” Franklin smiled dreamily. “Hawtdancers.”

“Oh yeah.” Chaz nodded. “Anyway, I was about to pay for a private dance from this smoking hot twink, when Drake appeared out of nowhere and offered to pay for it himself—if he could share the dance with me.” Chaz grinned. “One look in those deep blue eyes and I was down for the count. It wasn’t just hishotnessthat roped me in, but something… stronger. I fell so fucking hard that night, I still haven’t recovered.”

“Hey.” Franklin chuckled and held up a tumbler of orange juice on the rocks. “Here’s to never recovering.”

Chaz nodded and clinked glasses. “Amen.” He sucked his straw and sighed with a grin. “I mean—dayum—Drake still gets me hot and horny with just a look.”

“So, confess…” Franklin leaned closer and wiggled his eyebrows. “You did it that same night, didn’t you? Don’t you dare saynoand disappoint me.”

Chaz laughed. “Oh, hell yeah, wedid it.Over and over and over again. That hot little dancer got us all worked up. We left the club with steel bars between our legs, practically limping out the door.”

“Oh yeah,” Franklin hooted. “That’s what I’m talking about.”

“And all the while…” Chaz held up a finger. “… Drake isbraggingthat he doesn’t have a gag reflex, right?”
