“Can I get up please? My ass hurts.”
I laugh. “Of course.”
One of my thoughtful staff has placed water and a plate with what looks like prosciutto wrapped melon and raspberries and bread on the table right across from us.
She’s shivering, so I take my blazer and settle it around her shoulders and guide her to the table.
Good girl.
Damn, I really wish this was a soft chair or a seat, but I sit her down and fed her a few bites.
“You did so well, princess. I’m so proud of you.”
“I felt everyone watching me, and it made me nervous.”
Her voice catches and her eyes are glassy, beautiful. “But then the crowd, hearing them talk and laugh and feeling their stares felt good. Like I was part of a show and I liked it.”
She flashes me a smile so full of warmth and excitement my heart melts.
I kneel in front of her and wrap my arms around her waist.
Her fingers stroke my hair and we stay like this, locked in this warm flow of post scene bliss for several moments, enjoying each other in silence, but when I see Mara’s lip tremble, I know I have to reassure her.
“You’re a very good girl. You’re not dirty. You are beautiful and mine.”
She relaxes as I kiss her knees, dropping a kiss above her knees to the inside of her thighs.
She takes another sip of water and eats a piece of melon.
I am buzzing with a high I’ve never experienced before.
The need to possess this woman, to make her fully mine beyond this week is now a mission that’s flowing in my blood
I created this place as revenge against my ex.
Was it only a way to prove that I am not a deranged, kinky bastard? Okay, but so what if I was? Then I’d find other like-minded people, and I’d give them a unique space to enjoy.
Somewhere they could come to celebrate occasions or a Thursday night.
I wrap an arm around Mara and pull her to my body and swallow over the lump in my throat. But life is short and I’m not going to hold back.
If it causes her to bolt, I will go and bring her back and do whatever it takes to convince her that I mean the words that are on the tip of my tongue when I see a pair of shoes walk towards us.
I stand, holding Mara’s hand, smiling at Jenny.
“Hi. Before we left I just wanted to thank Mr Brennon. It was a special evening. Mara, you looked so beautiful tonight, during your scene. I couldn’t look away.”
“Thank you, Jenny.” Mara blushes.
Jenny’s companion, a tall guy with dark hair, comes and joins us, his hands on Jenny’s shoulders.
“Mara, it’s nice to see you. We’ve missed you.”
Mara glances at him. “You too, Matt.”
“And we also wanted to say, we’re sorry if we ever said or did anything that made you feel uncomfortable.” Jenny never breaks eye contact.
“Really sorry, Mara. you’re a talented artist and we hope things are working out for you. Sabrina and Kyle were their own kind of force. It was hard not to be swept up in their mind hive.”
