“We will,” Subhadra smiled, liking the idea.
Pammi answered the call on their intercom.
“Ladies, our ride is here,” she informed cheerfully.
“Let's go,” Garima said, looking at Subhadra to boost her confidence.
“Let's go,” Subhadra Malhotra agreed, rising to her feet.

Somewhere in Southern France
Maya opened her eyes and gazed out from the window of their luxury yacht. They floated majestically on the water, surrounded by the White Alps. Just yesterday morning, Ranveer had revealed their next plans of holidaying on his private yacht, and it thrilled Maya when they began their sailing journey. Like always, her husband had taken care of everything, right from perfect meals to good music, a warm bed, and loads of romancing ideas. Where did he come up with them? He gifted her a red gown and a matching set of pearls last night to begin at the yacht deck where dinner was arranged. They danced to romantic music, popped Champagne, and ended the night in each other’s arms on the cozy bed. Life was perfect, especially in his arms. Maya cuddled the pillow, reminiscing about all those moments they spent together.
The last week of their honeymoon had really rejuvenated their lives, bringing them even closer. She had never seen Ranveer Malhotra laughing madly over a silly joke before. He could even grill, and he was good with the barbecue. They made a few friends during last week’s stay at the beach in Cape Town before flying here to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Alps. And like Dhruv had wished, she wore all sorts of dresses that could set her husband’s body on fire like never before. Though they clicked a lot of intense pictures too, they were strictly for their eyes only, adding more charm to their passionate honeymoon.
The couple spa in the resort, cycling along the beach, and swimming were some of the activities they loved doing these days. Maya never had such fun before, and because it was with Ranveer Malhotra, everything had doubled up. She tasted exotic wines and cuisines like never before. If they shopped and toured for a day or two, the next two days and nights, they wouldn’t get out of the room. They woke up with no plans for the day and ended up planning a lifetime together.
Ranveer Malhotra had started sharing his dreams with her. And one such dream blew her mind.
“Four kids?” she tucked the bedsheets in front.
“Two girls, two boys,” he answered. “I literally saw their faces, Maya. The girls were like you, cute, joyful, and the boys were like me, arrogant and protective of their sisters.”
Maya laughed. This seemed like a lovely dream.
“And what were you doing?” she inquired.
“I was playing football with the boys. The older one was like 7, and the younger one was 5 maybe.”
“And the girls?”
“The girls were twins, almost 3 years.”
“Aww,” she could literally imagine them. “The girls were building sand castles.”
Maya moved closer to her husband, who had sprawled on the bed, sharing his dream.
“And where am I in this?” she hopelessly asked.
Ranveer smiled and pinched her nose, drawing her closer.
“You are the highlight of this dream, sweetheart.”
“Seriously?”
“Hmm… You were a little away from us, behind the grill bar… grilling the chicken for dinner.”
“Sounds delicious,” she licked her lips. Could this all turn out to be true? “Then?”
“Then what? You called us all for dinner… The boys rushed to you while I picked the two twin girls and headed back. I dropped them on the couch and then came straight to you.”
“Then?” she was absolutely lost in this dreamy world.
“Then I bent down on my knees…” his hoarse voice tickled her senses. Why did he bend down?
“Then?” she met his romantic gaze.
