“That’s really unfortunate.”

Paige totally agreed with him. “Anyway, I needed to make sure I didn’t stay too long tonight,” she explained, then made a face. “I’m sorry. God, that sounded terrible.”

“Not at all. My feelings are barely even hurt.”

“Gah.”

“I’m kidding.” David half-laughed, even though his poor balls were screaming in agony. “You have a curfew. I understand.”

She released a disappointed sigh. “I really don’t want to leave.”

“And I don’t want you to leave. Things were just getting good.”

“Yes, they were,” she agreed softly, unable to stop the smile from spreading across her face. Her lips felt swollen and her nipples felt like—

Eyes widening, Paige realized that her boobs were still out in the open. They were mere inches from David’s face and she’d been engaging in a conversation without even noticing.

Huh. That was interesting.

He pulled her in for a quick kiss, after which he reluctantly moved her off his cock enough to get some relief. Then he adjusted her bra in the front, taking great pains to make sure each breast was completely situated in its respective cup, before hooking it closed. After that, David buttoned her shirt, followed by her vest, grumbling again at the time-intensive chore. Finally, to Paige’s immense amusement, he made a point of smoothing out the front of her vest, as if eliminating stubborn wrinkles.

“Now you’re presentable,” he said.

“Thank you. It’s important to be presentable when walking to one’s car in the dark.”

“You’re welcome.”

She gave him a soft kiss, then as gracefully as she could, climbed off him, and on shockingly unsteady legs followed him out of the kitchen and to his door. David waited while she turned the alarm off on her phone before helping her into her blazer like a gentleman. Then, holding her hand, he walked Paige down the stairs and around to the front where she was parked on the street.

“When you come over in the future, I want you to park in the back,” he told her.

“Okay.”

In what was becoming his signature move—and a personal favorite of hers—he enfolded her in a deep hug. “I had a good time tonight.”

“So did I.”

Then, pressing his lips to her cheek in a gentle, goodnight kiss, he said softly, “Drive safely.”

“I will.”

“I mean it. Make sure you focus on the road and not on how scorchingly hot the last fifteen minutes have been.”

“I will,” she repeated, this time sounding like a petulant teenager. She had every intention of driving safely because getting in a car accident before she could get home and rub one out would not be cool—

Shit.

Paige turned a little and gave him a sweet smile. “David?”

“What?”

“I was wondering if maybe I could—”

“No.”

“No? You don’t even know what I was going to ask.”

“Yes, I do. You were going to ask if you could go home and give one of your vibrators a workout, and the answer is no.” His tone was stern, leaving zero room for argument. “No self-love.”
