“What’re you doing?” Stephanie asked when I locked the bedroom door.

“Show me your ass,” I said.

She started to say no but then reconsidered. She walked to the bed, removed the latex, and bent over. “Are you satisfied?”

“Do you think I am?”

She started to put the latex back on, and I pulled the latex away. I opened the nightstand, not surprised by the oils, lubes, and sex toys. I pulled out a tube of lube.

“I don’t do anal,” she said.

I chuckled. “And yet here we are.” I squeezed lube onto my cock. “Put your hands back on the bed.”

“I said I don’t do anal.”

I slid the lube on my hand between her asscheeks. “Are you telling me no?”

“No, Sir,” she said, flipping into submissive mode. She glanced at the drawer. “Please, Sir, start with the plug. It will be easier.”

I nodded and grabbed the metallic-colored buttplug from the drawer, and eased the end into her ass. She whimpered, tightened, and then relaxed, looking back with an evil grin that matched the evil in her eyes. “Hunter and prey,” I said. “You like games.”

“I love games, Sir. I love to please the right man.” She whimpered when I pushed the plug to its hilt. If she’d not fucked Quartermain in years, she had to be getting it from somewhere.

“You stay with him for the money?”

Surprisingly, Stephanie shook her head no. She was a mass of confusion.

“Then why?”

“He’s been a good Master,” she said.

“He wasn’t pleased when I ate you out on the table. And you allowed me to keep going.” I sat on the bed, her still standing, and bent over. “And you haven’t fucked him in years.” More lies from a story that kept changing. “What’s he have on you, Stephanie?”

“You don’t get it, Jacob. Money brings power, and power brings women. Women love a man with power, both financially and physically.”

“You aren’t his only pet,” I said. “How many?”

Stephanie walked to the window facing the back of the property. I joined her, and she pointed at the house I’d seen on my walk with Slim Shady. “He hasn’t fucked me in two years because he has three pets living there. That’s where Christine will end up.”

“Why aren’t you there?” I asked.

“Because I play his game better than anyone else.”

“And now you’ve had enough.”

“I think he’s been snooping around in my business, Jacob. I think he’s preparing to replace me.”

“To put you in the guest house with the others.”

Stephanie shook her head and looked away. “No. I think he intends to divorce me and make me leave.” She raised her chin. “There’s not an attorney in town who will go up against him and his money.”

I left the conversation there, needing more time to think, remembering what Quartermain’s grandfather had said. I decided to do what he requested and give him more time.

“What?” Stephanie asked.

“How often do you go out on the hunt for younger men?”

“Honestly. As often as I can.” She saw my uncertainty and said, “I’ve been trained and conditioned for a long time, Jacob. That’s what you don’t understand.”
