Zach pulls me down on top of him, our sweat-damped chests colliding as he whispers endearments in my ear, kisses me, and keeps perfect rhythm with Jax.
“Dirty girl, you like it in the ass, don’t you?” Jax pants.
Zach answers for me, grabbing both my breasts and fondling roughly as we come together. “Fuck, yeah she does. Damn, coming,” Zach growls, holding me closer. “Fucking milk me, Stormy! That’s my girl, squeeze on my cock, baby.”
It’s endless and sublime, only made more perfect by Zach’s newfound dirty mouth that I hear even louder than Jax’s roars of vulgar, intoxicating praise as he empties himself into me.
I fall, a sweaty, sated, and sore mess, onto Zach and he wraps his arms around me, kissing the top of my head. Jax takes thoughtful care to pull out gently and disappears to the bathroom, leaving the clear caretaker of the group to embrace the afterglow with me.
“Seeing you again isn’t an option, is it?” Zach asks, knowing the answer.
I sigh, caressing his beautiful body with my hands. “No. If you’re ever here again and see me, look the other way. Give nothing away.” I pop up on his chest, eyes pleading for him to understand. “Promise me.”
“Stormy, if—”
“If this was another life, not the one I’m bound to, I’d let you love me and I’d return it every single day, but it’s not. I—”
Am about to watch two men die. Of course he found me, he always has and always will.
The door rattles, threatening to come down under the sudden, heavy pounding. Zach’s head whips that direction.
“Shit,” I manage to whisper instead of scream in fright, hurtling off Zach and gathering clothes as fast as I can, throwing his at him and kicking mine under the bed.
I run to the bathroom where Jax is thankfully already dressing. “You have to go, now. Trust me!”
Jax raises his brows. “No problem, baby. Had a great time. Thanks.” He moves toward me as the door begins to buckle from the rampage set against it, the noise finally catching his attention. “What the fuck?”
“Be quiet, go through the window, and stay hidden for a while. Hurry!”
I dash back to Zach, who’s wrestling on his clothes, eyes bulging out at the booming voice through the door. “Stormy Michelle DeLuca, answer this fucking door or I’ll kick the motherfucker in and put a bullet straight through anyone in there with you!”
“Go,” I plead with Zach, almost inaudibly, and savor his quick kiss as Jax pulls him out the window.
As soon as they’re out, I shut it quickly behind them, lick the lingering taste from my lips, and scurry around hiding all clues, shoving condoms and wrappers in between the mattresses.
“Coming,” I call out, trying to sound sleepy, digging my spritz from my purse to douse the smell of really, really phenomenal sex in the air.
“Open. Now!”
“Quit yelling, you’ll wake the whole hotel,” I stall, slipping on the complimentary robe and dragging in a fortifying breath.
“Honey, hi,” I greet my very angry fiancé with a fake yawn.
He pays me no mind, barging in with two of his “brothers,” who pass right by us to search the bathroom and closet.
“What the fuck?” He grabs my chin, piercing me with accusing, lethal eyes. “Why’d it take you so long to answer the door?”
“I was asleep,” I sass condescendingly.
He rips open the sides of my robe, scrutinizing my body while I’m praying no marks were left. “Why you naked?”
“Drake, angel, you know I sleep naked. Someone trained me to. Know him?” I give him a sweet smile. “What’s wrong with you?” I ask innocently, rubbing his arm.
“Nobody here,” one of his goons interrupts.
“Good, now get the fuck out, both of ya.” He sneers at them, tugging my robe closed, and they cower out the door like whipped pups.
“I told you I needed some alone time to think. How is this accusatory barrage alone time?” I quirk a brow and prop one hand on my hip.
His eyes narrow, lips twisting in torture over all he wants to say, boss me about, demand…but surprisingly, he doesn’t. He takes one long, deep breath and kisses me, stealing the flavor I was keeping as long as possible. “I’ll be here tomorrow at check-out. Eleven o’clock. Be done thinking. Won’t change a damn thing anyway and you know it.”
I nod, smile, and close the door behind him.
I know it.
