Seraphine: "We're not alone."

Before they could react, figures emerged from the shadows, encircling the camp. Unlike the previous attackers, these individuals wore elaborate robes adorned with ancient symbols.

A tall woman stepped forward, her eyes glowing faintly.

Woman: "Travelers, you trespass on sacred ground."

Seraphine stepped forward cautiously.

Seraphine: "We seek the Sanctuary of Eldergrove. We mean no harm."

The woman studied them intently.

Woman: "Why do you seek the Sanctuary?"

Amelia held Liam protectively.

Amelia: "We need help. My son is in danger."

The woman's gaze shifted to Liam, her expression unreadable.

Woman: "The child..."

Xander moved closer.

Xander: "Please. He's being hunted because of a prophecy."

The woman exchanged glances with her companions.

Woman: "Very well. You will come with us. The Elders will decide your fate."

Relief mingled with apprehension as they gathered their belongings.

Amelia: Whispering to Xander "Do you think we can trust them?"

Xander: "We don't have much choice."

As they followed the group deeper into the forest, the trees parted to reveal a hidden valley bathed in ethereal light. Structures built into the trees and rocks glowed softly, and the air hummed with ancient energy.

Liam looked around in wonder.

Liam: "It's beautiful."

Amelia felt a glimmer of hope.

Amelia: "Maybe we've finally found a safe haven."

But as they approached the central hall, a sense of unease settled over them. The Elders awaited, their expressions solemn.

The leading woman gestured toward the center of the chamber.

Woman: "Stand before the Council."

As they stepped forward, one of the Elders spoke in a deep, resonant voice.

Elder: "You bring the child of prophecy to our midst. Do you understand the implications?"

Seraphine bowed respectfully.
