Mark: I’m not sure how I ever survived growing up there. It’s STILL below zero?

Cordelia: We were snowed in yesterday without any power and it’s incredible how much I got done in one day of no internet.

Mark: WE were snowed in?

Mark: You and Gilbert?

Cordelia: I WROTE LOTS OF WORDS WHILE I WAS SNOWED IN.

Mark: Why do I sense you’re hiding something? Yelling your lies doesn’t make them more believable.

Cordelia: I’m a devious trickster.

Cordelia: I have a sweet nugget of news actually. Call me later. I’m having lunch with Diana and the funny gremlins.

Mark: You’re probably going to tell me now, aren’t you?

Cordelia: I created my first ever online dating profile.

Mark: Here we go.

Cordelia: Unpalm your face. I look very professional in my picture. IDK. I’m very dateable in an “I’m an adult, but also the girl next door, but serious and focused, and definitely the kind of responsible human you want to start a family with” kind of way. I’ve already had a few, um, hits? From interested men.

Mark: That’s oddly specific.

Mark: Be careful with that stuff.

Cordelia: I’m very careful all the time. Careful is my middle name. Cordelia Careful Thompson. People call me CC for short.

Mark: I’m not messing around. Don’t jump into relationships with strangers.

Cordelia: Everyone is a stranger until you get to know them.
