My eyes only made it waist high because the view of his heavy, thick dick offered a very tempting visual.
“Ness…”
“Huh?”
“Stop looking at my dick or there won’t be any food…for a while,” he asserted before leaving over the bed, pressing a kiss to my lips, and snatching up my backpack from the chair next to the bed. He tossed it next to me and pointed.
“Put some clothes on or there’s not a chance in hell I’m making it out of here.”
I grinned and tossed the covers back after he crossed the room to get dressed. I pulled out a T-shirt and shorts, bypassing panties because there was no point. I sat on the bed watching Zion yank on a pair of sweats and a T-shirt. He added socks and a pair of Nikes before heading back to me with his phone in hand.
“It’s late, there’s not going to be much to choose from. So I’ll get the first thing I can find that looks decent.”
“Okay, I’m not picky.”
He moved a finger under my chin and lifted my mouth to his. “You’re very fucking picky, little storm, because I’m your only choice from now on and I’m one of a kind.”
I grinned and watched as he headed to the door. Picky or not, I would survive because my man was not only one of a kind but thebestkind. “Come lock the door.”
I groaned, following him across our room, fully prepped to lock the door and crawl back to bed. But as soon as he yanked it open to find a fist midair and wide eyes staring back at us, my heart exploded.
“Who the fuck are you…” Zion snarled and I quickly darted in front of him, dragging Neyla into my side.
“My sister. This is Neyla.”
His eyes moved between our faces several times before his eyes shifted past her into the hallway. “You alone?”
“Yes.”
Zion pulled me away from her and I stumbled into his solid frame. “How did you know where we were?”
“Zion, my sister wouldn’t…”
His heated glare landed on me then shifted to Neyla. “You haven’t talked to your sister in months, Nessah. Let her answer.”
She nodded and frowned, straightening her posture. “Karr.”
“I didn’t tell him where we were going and he said he didn’t know where you were…” I paused, remembering the way he said her name earlier today. “He lied. He knew how to find you.”
“He did but I made him promise to never tell anyone from our pack. I didn’t want our parents to know I was in Diamond Falls. Karr came to see me and let me know you came to see Sula.” She paused and her eyes darted up to Zion. “I would have found you on my own if I could have but it’s been so long. I lost your scent, Ness. You hugged Sula and he brought me the sweater she was wearing, hoping it would help. It did, I tracked you here.” She paused again and her eyes moved from me to Zion. “Is that okay?”
“Yes.” I reached for her hand and she hesitantly extended hers. I pulled Neyla into a hug and my eyes welled with tears. “I missed you.”
“I missed you more. You blocked me, Ness. I’ve been trying to find you for months.”
“I know. I’m sorry, I thought…”
She shook her head. “I didn’t. I couldn’t.”
“Come inside.”
Zion frowned and lowered his eyes. “You want me to stay?”
I smiled and lifted on my toes to kiss his cheek. “No, I’m fine. Go get us food.”
He didn’t want to leave and my heart swelled at how protective he was, even with my sister. “It’s late, where should he go? You said you’ve been here, right?”
She nodded. “Uh, Sweet Auburn. Their food is good and it’s close. I work there.”
