Page 26 of Sharing Her Heart

"Glad to have you back," John said, his hand still firmly holding hers as he smiled down at her. The warmth of his gaze made her skin tingle.

"Let’s go inside," Nathan said, his hand tightening slightly around hers as he led her up the steps. John followed on her other side, both men surrounding her as they entered the grand doors of the mansion.

As they led her into the dining room, Felicity's breath hitched at the sight before her. The dining table was elegantly set, the soft glow of candlelight flickering off the polished silverware and gleaming crystal glasses. A sumptuous dinner was laid out, and the aroma filled the room, but Felicity could barely focus on the food. Her mind raced with anticipation, knowing deep down what this evening would inevitably lead to.

John pulled out a chair for her, his touch lingering on her shoulder for a moment longer than necessary as she sat down. Nathan took his place across from her. His intense blue eyes watched her closely as a knowing smile played at the corner of his lips. They began to eat, and though the conversation flowed easily—catching up on her life, her work, and what she’d been doing since that fateful weekend—Felicity struggled to concentrate.

The food was delicious, but each bite felt like an afterthought as her pulse quickened. She listened as John told her about the latest book he was reading and laughed at one of Nathan’s dry, witty comments about a recent trip he'd taken. The banter between them was light and warm, but underneath it, Felicitycould feel the simmering tension that had been growing since the moment she had stepped out of the car.

Every now and then, John’s hand would brush hers or Nathan’s gaze would linger a little too long, sending her mind spinning with what she knew was coming. She tried to focus, nodding along as they talked, but her body was already responding to the subtle shifts in their demeanor—the way they leaned in closer and their voices softened and deepened as the dinner went on.

Her heart raced in her chest as the minutes ticked by. Each small touch and glance fueled the fire inside her. She had never been so aware of every movement, every breath. The anticipation of what would happen after dinner was nearly unbearable. She could feel it in the air between them, thick and electric, wrapping around her like a second skin.

By the time dessert was served, her hands trembled slightly, her nerves on edge. She knew they could sense it too—the way her breath hitched whenever one of them leaned a little too close or when their fingers brushed against hers as they passed her a glass of wine. The tension was building, layer by layer, and she barely held herself together as the meal wound to a close.

Nathan set down his fork, leaning back in his chair with a satisfied smirk. “You seem a little distracted tonight, Felicity. Everything alright?”

She blinked, trying to snap out of her haze. “Y-yes, everything’s fine,” she stammered, though the way her voice wavered gave her away.

John chuckled softly, his gaze warm and knowing. “No need to be nervous,” he said, his voice low and reassuring. “Nathan and I have been wanting to talk to you about something.”

Nathan, who had been watching her intently, nodded in agreement but said nothing, waiting for John to continue. John took a deep breath, his eyes never leaving hers.

“We’ve been thinking. These past few weeks, we haven’t been able to stop thinking about you. We want more of this. More of you.” He paused for a breath. “We want you to consider moving in with us?—”

“Yes,” she blurted out before he even finished asking.

John’s eyebrows shot up in surprise. “Yes?”

“Yes,” Felicity repeated, her voice steady despite the rapid beating of her heart. “Oh God, yes. Do you have any idea how boring my life has been in the past two weeks? I used to be content with my routines and my job. It was comfortable and safe. But being with you—here—it’s like everything has come alive. You make me feel things I’ve never felt before, give me experiences I never imagined.”

John looked intrigued, while Nathan’s eyes darkened with approval.

“You make me feel truly alive,” Felicity continued, her eyes meeting theirs with a blend of longing and determination. “The excitement, the passion—everything here is so vivid and intense. I crave it. I want to wake up every day with that same thrill, to be a part of your world. I want to be with both of you and share this adventure that’s so different from anything I’ve ever known.”

“Are you sure you understand what this means?” John asked, his voice gentle but serious. “Living here means you’ll be living by our rules, and it’s a commitment beyond just the physical. You’re stepping into a new life.”

Felicity nodded eagerly. “I understand. I want this. I want the excitement, the passion, everything that comes with being with you both. I’m tired of my old life, the predictability. Here, with you, I feel like I’m finally living. I need that. I need you.”

Nathan’s eyes darkened with an intense, almost primal satisfaction. “That’s my girl,” he whispered proudly, stepping closer and taking her hand. “We’ll take care of you, baby girl. Whatever you need, it’s yours.”

“Can we start with a new wardrobe?” she asked with a half smile. “Something tells me you two have some ideas on how you want me to dress, but there is no way I’m wearing some other woman’s clothes.”

“Done,” John said softly. He reached out and cupped her face gently. “Whatever you want, just ask. And it is yours.”

“Then promise you’ll never leave me alone again. Life feels so boring without you now.”

“We’ll never leave you,” he promised softly. “You’re not just a passing fancy for us. This is real. Are you ready for that?”

Felicity’s heart raced as she looked between them, the finality of her decision settling over her. “I’m ready,” she whispered, her voice trembling with excitement and resolve.

John stood and moved to her side, his touch reassuring as he guided her to her feet. Nathan stood beside her, and they led her out of the dining room. As they entered the bedroom, John’s eyes met hers with tenderness and possessiveness. They stood side by side in front of her, looking at her.

Felicity joined them, tipping her head back as they claimed her lips. First Nathan and John, their hands roaming over her body as they laid claim to their possession. John’s hands gripped her waist, his eyes locking onto hers before his tongue found hers, and in that instant, the world around them disappeared. All that remained was the sheer intensity of pleasure, so overwhelming that Felicity felt as if she would never be the same again. Desperately, she tried to kiss him back, searching for some small shred of control to avoid being overtaken by him.

“Oh no, sweetheart,” he growled, a smirk on his lips. “You’ll do exactly what Daddy wants.” His arm wrapped around her, pulling her firmly against him as his other hand caught her jaw, and he claimed her lips in a fierce kiss.

His kiss demanded everything, controlling her every response as waves of fiery need and frustration surged throughFelicity. She was consumed by the sensations ripping through her, tangled with anger and a hunger that only this one man seemed capable of awakening in her. A hunger she fought desperately not to let destroy her.
