“You do, master.”

“That’s right. Lucky for you, I’ve decided your punishment is over. It’s time I fuck you. Would you like that, baby?”

“Very much, please, sir.”

She sensed him shifting into position behind her.

“Bella, eyes on me.” She twisted, looking over her shoulder. His gaze locked onto hers as his thick cock penetrated with a slow, deliberate thrust. “No coming without my say-so. Your pleasure is also for me to decide. Is that understood?”

With a shaky exhale that sounded very close to a sob, she nodded. “Yes, sir.”

Then he began to move, starting out slow and quickly building to a fast, intense rhythm. The air around them snapped with electricity, the sound of their bodies slapping together a symphony of passion and desire. Her cry when he burrowed his thumb into her tight hole all the way was an aria of surprise.

Dan’s fingers gripped her hips, pulling her back as he thrust forward. Bella desperately wanted to come, but she bit her lip and clamped down on her need, enduring the consequences she justly deserved. As their rhythm intensified, the room filled with their ardent cries.

Time seemed to stand still as she reached the peak and hovered there.

“Come, Bella,” he ordered as he drove into her hard. That was all she needed—all they needed—their bodies trembling in unison as they came apart and rode the waves of ecstasy together.

Still buried inside her, Dan released her hips, sliding his arms around her body instead. He raised her up until her back pressed to his chest, both covered in a sheen of sweat. One hand cupped her chin and turned her face for his kiss. Tender, and unhurried, it was the perfect culmination to s’mores and punishment and pleasure.

When the A/C kicked on and she shivered, only then did he withdraw. He rose with her in his arms and laid her on the bed, crawling in next to her. Dan rolled them both onto their sides and pulled her into the curve of his body.

As they lay there basking in the afterglow of their passion, Bella knew it would always burn bright, that the deep connection they had forged in such a short time went beyond physical. Entwined in his arms, she knew their love story was just beginning, but one question remained. Would fate allow it to grow into fruition, or would her lifetime of shitty luck destroy something else she held dear?

WHILE BELLA WAS INthe shower, he messaged Jonas.

Dan:Anything yet?

A minute later, his phone dinged.

Jonas:Damn, man. Do you ever text before midnight?

Dan:Tell Lexie I’m sorry. But you’ve been in this line of work long enough to know nothing happens from nine to five. I need a status report on Bella.

Jonas:I haven’t been able to find anything about a 27 y/o Bella Rinaldi matching your Bella’s description—yet. But I’ve got a few more things to check tomorrow.

Dan:Tonight, she told me her first name, Isabella, is real but her last is an alias, but she’s tight-lipped about why. Run a search for a Rinaldi’s restaurant. I’d start in either New York or New Jersey.

Jonas:What’s going on with your girl?

Dan:I wish I knew. Keep me up to date.

Jonas:You know I will.
