Page 22 of Her Royal Blood

My tongue lapped at her and dove in and out of her cavern, making me swell with feral desire. Her mewls and gyrations only set me ablaze as I nibbled at her hard little bud and she gasped out loud.

“I need you inside of me.” She made her claim and raised her pussy from my face then seated herself on my stiff and fiery cock.

Our wetness mixed and she easily slid down the shaft impaling herself to the bone.

“Yes,” I cried out, finally feeling her as the walls of her pussy squeezed and drenched my cock with her need. Her hips rocked on my erection taking her pleasure while delivering sweet sensations that brought me to the height of ecstasy.

“You feel so good,” she groaned as her hips jerked and pulsed on me, our rhythm becoming a frenzy. “Fuck me, Lex. Buck into me.”

Her demands of her lover were that of a monarch. She ordered me as my queen and I thrusted up into her deeper and harder, taking from her the last of my strength. She took my hands into hers and grinding down harder and faster until we were a flurry motion.

“Lex,” she cried out as she shattered atop my cock. “My Lex, my love, my king, my everything.” Her face was flushed with euphoria and she continued to ride me until I spilled deep in her womb.

Usually I was careful and didn’t spend inside of her, but she had me pinned and I wanted to fill her with my love. I needed her to carry me with her no matter where she was or where she’d be. I wanted her filled with me. If that meant that we conceived a child one day, then I would welcome a little life who reflected the best of both of us. I came so hard, the world spun around again and the tent in the middle of nowhere disappeared. It was replaced with the infirmary room, filled with the smell of disinfectant and medicine as Aria’s glorious being faded.

“I love you, Aria. I’ll not let Polonius keep you. You are my queen, you are my future. We will see him ended and us begun,” I yelled out as she faded to nothing and I was staring in the face of a plump woman.

“Prince Lex, you were murmuring in your sleep,” she scolded. “And I say you had better be careful about the way you talk. You’ll be killed if anyone hears you coveting the warlord’s wife as you just did.” She wiped sweat from my brow with a clean cool cloth.

“What did I say?” I was struggling to understand what was real and what was hallucinatory.

“That she’s your queen and that you love her and won’t let Polonius keep her, you even threatened Lord Polonius’ life. He is the lord and master here, though absent, he is our sovereign. Best you not ever let anyone hear you talking like that, even in your sleep. I know you’re still under the effects of the poison but school your mind. Aria is married to Lord Polonius now.”

“Everything is a blur. Where’s the man who was here?” I asked her, hoping she could also be trusted.

“I don’t know who you’re talking about. We have several nurses who have been taking care of you while you tossed and turned, sweating out viper venom for the last two days.”

“Thank you,” I told her. “I know the risk you have all been taking.”

“We’re supposed to just let you be, see if you live or die,” she said loudly. “It’s been a chore watching out for the guards who check on you. We have to drag your IV out and hide the bags.” She showed me the place on my skin where I had a tube fitted into one of my veins that was bruised and purple with several pinholes. “We just cover this with a sheet.” She held up my arm. “But you passed the worst of it now and we all survived. So, I’m gonna just let you rest. No more screaming out about how much you love Lord Polonius’ woman, or you’ll get us all killed.”

Lord Polonius’ woman. Even the sound of it stung my ears. I’d kill him, one day I’d watch the life go out of Lord Polonius’ eyes, I made that vow as I fell asleep again. I woke up to the sound of Hawk's voice in the infirmary tent.

“I have orders from the warden to find him a bunk,” I heard Hawk say to the nurse.

“I’m not going against a direct order from the warden, so he’s all yours,” the nurse who I’d been speaking to earlier pulled back the curtain to let Hawk into the room where I’d been convalescing.

“The big man says it's time to go,” Hawk announced as he watched the nurse unhook me from the intravenous drip.

“Give him these,” she said, handing Hawk a vile and a bottle of pills. “The vile is for sleep if he’s feverish again and the pills are for pain. The poison is outta him, but his recovery is slow.”

“Thanks,” Hawk said, taking the medicine. “Out you go.”

Hawk lifted me up and I found my feet, though the world was still off kilter. His strong hand gripped my arm and directed me out of the infirmary.

“Why the sudden liberation?” My head was foggy and my vision blurred. “I’m not quite in fighting shape yet.”

“Too bad. Keep your head down,” Hawk dragged me along at an urgent pace.

“Is something the matter?” I pressed.

“There’s a price on your head and Polonius isn’t the only one paying.” Hawk dragged me through the streets between the housing units. The place was relatively empty.

“Where is everyone?” I asked, not totally oriented to the time or day.

“Lunch. Guards got word you were in the infirmary, when you didn’t show up at bed check. They had troops out looking for you, but someone snitched. Polonius is none too pleased you’re still alive. He’s offered the warden money and a place of power in his court if he can bring Polonius your head.” Hawk ducked into a dark and cluttered sleeping barracks and brought me to the back of the room where a few empty cots stood.

“I’ll watch your back if you need more sleep but you’re gonna have to fight as soon as they come out of the canteen. It’s either kill them now or be killed when they come for you.” Hawk kept his eyes glued on the door.
