“I am?” she replied breathlessly, her eyes locked on his lips. The same lips she’d tasted before and desperately wanted to taste again. The same lips she wanted to feel caressing every single inch of her body. Just the memory of what he’d done to her that night they’d spent together had her panties growing damp.
“Yeah, babe, you are. Gotta taste you.” That was all the warning he gave her as he settled his lips to hers. She opened her mouth without hesitation, allowing his tongue entrance. The feel of his tongue tangling with hers, enticing her to play along, had her squirming in her seat. My God, the man could kiss.
She didn’t know how long they sat there kissing, could have been seconds, could have been minutes. His hand slipped from her neck to settle under her breast, his thumb brushing back and forth beneath it, causing her breath to hitch. Fisting her hand in his t-shirt under his cut, she pulled him closer. She moaned in frustration when she couldn’t get close enough. He pulled away suddenly, far enough to be able to look into her eyes. “I’ve changed my mind. You ready to leave?”
Her swollen lips rolled in, nodding her head. “Yes. I’m ready to leave.” Trick smiled brightly, happy with her answer. “I need to use the bathroom first. I can’t hold it an hour.”
“Then hop to it woman. Wanna get you home and in a bed as quickly as possible.” He stood to allow her room to get out from behind the table. Her gaze dropped to his lap and saw that he was indeed ready to find a bed. Her eyes slowly rose to his, the promise she saw there almost more than she could handle.
Trick wore a lopsided grin. “Yeah. I want you that bad. Hurry up, babe. I’ll wait here.”
Lindsey moved around the outer edges of the dance floor, trying to push her way through to the bathroom. There was a small line ahead of her when she entered. Probably a good thing. It would give her time to cool down before getting on the back of Trick’s bike. A stall opened up and she took her turn, hovering over the toilet then flushing with her foot. She made quick work of washing and drying her hands, then stepped out into the darkened hall. She was looking down and not watching where she was going. She ran into someone and bounced off, nearly falling to the floor. Luckily, the other person grabbed her by her arms and saved her the embarrassment.
“Lindsey?” The voice sounded familiar.
Her head jerked up and saw that it was Kurtis. “Hey! How’s it going?” Wow. Like the first time she laid eyes on her old friend, she was having a hard time reconciling this sexy, well put together man with the scrawny nerd she used to know. He slowly released her, but remained in her space.
“I thought that was you I saw walking around the dance floor.” Happy to see her, he looked her up and down. “You’re looking good.” His gaze dropped to her chest once more. “I like your shirt.”
“Oh, yeah, thanks.” She’d forgotten about the shirt she had on. Had she known they were going to end up in a bar, she would have rethought her wardrobe choice. She thought it would be okay since they were going on a bike ride and wouldn’t be running into anyone she knew. “Sorry I had to cancel on you the other night. Things have gotten a little crazy for me lately.” She glanced over his shoulder to find Trick frowning their direction. He didn’t seem happy that another man was talking to her for so long. Did he think Kurtis was hitting on her? Was he jealous? Why did the idea that he might be feeling territorial excite her? And who were those two women that just stepped up to the table?
I don’t think so. It was probably someone that frequented the Sons clubhouse and thought, seeing Trick was out and about, they’d make a move on him. Lindsey wasn’t having it. He was here with her and by God, he was leaving with her, too. Besides, he was her ride home.
“That’s okay. I completely understand. It happens in my line of work sometimes, too. We’ll have to try again sometime soon.” He noticed her glancing at something behind him and turned to see what she was looking at. His eyes narrowed on her when he turned back around. “Are you seeing that guy?”
Her attention swept back to Kurtis. “Um. He took me for a ride on his bike and we stopped for dinner. I don’t know that I’d call it seeing him.” She shrugged, not knowing what else to say or why she felt she needed to explain at all. “Well, I, uh, need to go. We were just leaving.” She started around him only to come up short when Kurtis grabbed her arm.
“Are you sure about this? You realize he’s with the Sons of Redemption, right?” When she only nodded, he added, “They’re dangerous, Lindsey. You’d be better off to avoid that guy and his friends. They’re nothing but trouble.”
“Thanks, Kurtis, but we’re just friends.” She pried his fingers off her arm. “It was nice seeing you again.” She didn’t wait for him to say anything else. She pushed her way through the crowd, heading for their table. The other women were gone and Trick was waiting for her when she arrived. He held her jacket up so she could slide her arms inside. “Thanks.”
Trick wasn’tsure who the asshole was with his hands on Lindsey, but if he didn’t let her loose in another two minutes, he was going to plow through the crowd of dancers and knock him on his ass. Who was the guy? She acted like she knew him. She’d smiled up at him at first, appearing to be surprised to see him. Then she looked over his shoulder at Trick and her body language changed. The man glanced over his shoulder trying to see what caught her attention and scowled in Trick’s direction.
That’s right, motherfucker, she’s with me. Trick smirked and watched the other man’s jaw tick. He was just on the verge of getting out of his chair and going to get Lindsey, when someone blocked his view. Pissed to have his view obstructed, he looked up to find Michelle and her skanky sister, Patty, standing at his table.
Both were dressed like whores and once again, he wondered what he ever saw in his ex. She was decked out in a red leather halter top with her tits all but falling out and a black micro mini leather skirt. If she moved just right, he’d see her pussy. For the love of God, what was the woman thinking? Sure, she still had the body to pull it off, but did she not realize a little mystery went a long way?
“What the fuck, Michelle?” If she was here and he was here, where were his kids? “Where the fuck are my kids?”
“Don’t get your panties in a twist. They’re with my mom.”
“You better not be lying to me. If I find out you left them home alone again,” he left her to imagine what the consequences were going to be.
“Or what?” Patty chimed in. She was four years older than Michelle, but due to her lifestyle choices she looked at least ten. She might have the body to rock her similar outfit, but everything she’d been through in life was written all over her face for the world to see. She was a bitter bitch and had always been jealous of Michelle’s looks.
“Nobody asked you, Patty. Go the fuck away. In fact, why don’t you both go the fuck away?” Trick leaned to the side to check and see if the bozo making a move on his girl had left yet.
Michelle and Patty’s gazes both shot to where he was looking. He knew as soon as he’d done it that he’d fucked up.
“Are you shitting me? You’re fucking our son’s teacher?” Michelle’s face screwed up into something that would scare a lesser man. Luckily, Trick had faced this particular woman many times and it didn’t faze him in the least.
“It’s none of your business. Now, go the fuck away.” Trick stood, signaling the end of his conversation with his ex. Taking the hint, they moved on, leaving him with a clear line of sight of Lindsey maneuvering along the edge of the dance floor on her way back to him. A smile broke out on his face. Fuck, the woman did it for him. He held out her jacket and let her slide her arms into her sleeves.
Taking her small hand in his, he pulled her along behind him. He emerged from the crowd at the front door and they escaped into the night. Instead of walking straight to his bike, he swung her around so that her back was against the wall, pinned beneath his own. He gathered her hands in one of his and pinned them above her head. He took full advantage when she gasped in surprise. He lowered his head and settled his mouth perfectly on hers. She immediately responded to the kiss, spurring him on. He deepened the kiss as he ground his aching cock into her stomach. Feeling her body shudder beneath him, he pulled away suddenly. “Fuck. We need to find a bed. Now. Or I’m going to do you against the wall in the parking lot.”
Kurtis was startingto get a little pissed. How could one woman’s taste in men be so unbelievably bad?
He watched from the shadows as the cocky biker pinned Lindsey up against the wall and went at her like he was going to fuck her against the wall. To his surprise, she appeared to be into that sort of thing.
