There was a barrier bolted into the ground behind us, replacing the less than sturdy fencing that had separated the front row the last time I was here.
Excitement bubbled up in my stomach as I watched for any sign of Merrick, my anticipation growing with each second that passed.
“You’re practically bouncing out of your seat.” Spade chuckled, wrapping his arm around my waist.
Sighing, I leaned into him, loving the way his thumb caressed my hip.
Kellan tucked my hair behind my ear, the pads of his fingers grazing the sensitive skin, sending a shiver of desire up my spine.
They were loving this, and hell, so was I.
My breath hitched as Kellan’s hand smoothed up my thigh, shifting the hem of my dress up a fraction of an inch.
“I love seeing you like this, sugar.” Spade groaned, his hand on my hip tightening possessively as he leaned in, his breath skating over my ear. “You look as delectable as you taste—my dessert, ready to be devoured.”
I quivered as his teeth grazed my ear, sending a flood of warmth straight to my core.
Thank fuck, the seats were far enough from anyone else that no one could see how my guys were teasing me.
“Our little devil loves to watch us fight.” Kellan’s lips trailed a line down my neck as he spoke, each word a teasing, soft caress.
“And win,” I added, my voice betraying the lust coursing through my veins, which only spurred them on.
Kellan’s fingers played with the hem of my dress, drawing circles on my skin that pushed the fabric up one painfully slow inch at a time. Spade brushed his hand over my collarbone, each of them so close, yet so far from where I craved their touch.
“Our main event is about to start.” I sucked in a sharp breath as the announcer’s voice boomed through the speakers, my pulse thundering at the sudden reminder that we weren’t alone. “Please welcome our reigning champion, Tiiitannn Tyyyysonnn!”
Thunderous applause erupted from behind us, followed by a few people shouting, “Titan!”
I couldn’t help the grin that curled on my lips as Tyson jogged out from behind the curtains, his hands raised above him as he encouraged the crowd. Not because I liked the fighter—I had no clue who he was, but it meant that we were only seconds away from Merrick—
“And our challenger, undefeated during his reign, Merrriickk theee Mannnglerrr!”
The curtains flew open as Merrick strode in, his eyebrow cocked, like this was just any other night, like he wasn’t about to obliterate his opponent in the ring. He didn’t need to get the crowd riled up; no, they were already going wild for him. Screams pierced my eardrums, along with a roar of applause as he sauntered to the ring and hopped up in an easy, fluid motion.
My pulse raced as I scanned his exposed muscles glistening in the bright lights. His body was honed to be a lethal weapon, and despite the multiple women screaming for him to marry them or come home with them, I knew there was only one woman who would be in his bed tonight.
A grin curled on my lips as his hazel eyes instinctively found mine, as though drawn by some sort of magnetic force. His lips twitched, the only hint of emotion he would let himself show in the ring, a sign for me alone. Those women could screamwhatever they wanted, but I was the only one he’d ever want, ever love, ever show the man behind the hardened mask he let everyone else see.
A shiver of delight ran over my skin, my body lighting up with anticipation. The rest of the club faded out from around me as the announcer went through the rules, my focus solely on Merrick in the middle of the ring, shaking hands with his opponent.
Kellan’s fingers dipped below the hem of my dress, skating up my inner thigh before he looped back down. The simple touch lit my body on fire, and I sucked in a sharp breath, unable to take much more of their teasing without losing complete control.
It seemed like that was their plan as Spade’s hand lowered to the curve of my breast, eliciting goose bumps along my skin in his wake. My lips shook as I sank my nails into each of their thighs in warning. We might be far enough away from the crowd behind us that they wouldn’t be able to see, but the ring—
Amusement danced in Merrick’s eyes as he watched me, breathless and on the edge of begging his friends for more.
“He put you up to this, didn’t he?” I huffed, feigning annoyance.
I thought I’d be the one teasing him with this dress, but it turned out that he’d had the upper hand all along.
“And we both were more than happy to do it, sugar.” Spade chuckled, the curl of his lips as he pressed them against my neck sending a bolt of desire through me.
“I would’ve done it, regardless.” Kellan shrugged, his fingers inching closer to my core.
Before I could get out another word, the bell rang, jolting me from my lust-induced haze as Tyson lunged. For the first time, panic surged, clenching around my throat as his fist landed and Merrick’s head jerked back from the direct hit.
Spade groaned as I sat up, my heart pounding when Merrick didn’t even try to block his opponent’s next blow. Crimson drops sprayed on the white ring, the red sticking out in stark relief.
