That was the second time she said something about being heavy. “You are perfect.” She was. She fit into his arms. With care, he maneuvered them off the small stage and into the aftercare area.
He sat down on a sofa with her in his arms, making sure her legs were resting on the cushions. Hannah, one of the subs, walked by. “Hannah, would you be able to grab me two bottles of water from the bar, please.”
“Of course, Sir.” Hannah moved across the room and back within a few minutes. “Here you go, Sir.” She set the bottles on the side table where he could reach them. “Noah loosened the tops already.”
“Thank you, Hannah. I appreciate you doing this.”
Hannah blushed and flittered away.
Rafe glanced at Brianna to see her eyes were open, and she was watching him.
“Hey, beautiful. How are you doing?”
“I feel like I’ve had a fully body massage, Sir.” Her voice was stronger now.
Interesting reaction. “Do you need some water?” Some subs were dehydrated after scenes.
“Yes, please, Sir.”
Always so polite. And while it was protocol, he couldn’t wait to see if he could make her less polite and even lose her cool. Grabbing one of the bottles, he twisted the lid off and carefully held it to her lips. She sat up a little bit, and lifted her hand to take the bottle.
He kept his hand on it just in case she had an issue. Not that he expected her to, but he was going to make sure she was taken care of.
“Thank you.” When she lowered the bottle, it was half gone. “I didn’t realize how thirsty I was, Sir.”
“Drop the Sir, for now.” He took the bottle from her, put the cap on, and set it back on the table. “Coming back into your body?”
“Yes. I’ve had full-body massages, but this felt so different.”
“How so?”
“It was more sensual. I’ve never relaxed that fast or hard. When you were done, I didn’t want to move.”
“I’m glad you felt that way.”
She smiled at him. “It was a surprise; that’s for sure. Especially when you picked me up. I didn’t expect that.”
“Any good Dom will take care of his sub.”
“Is that what I am? Your sub?”
“I would like you to be.” He wasn’t going to pressure her.
“I need to think on it.”
“Of course.”
“Are you always this agreeable?”
Rafe laughed. “Not always.”
“I don’t know what time it is.” She glanced around.
“No clocks in here,” he reminded her.
“I was looking for Ellie or Logan.”
“They left.” Her face fell. Her mouth opened then shut. “I suspect they saw us in the scene, plus Jordan told me Logan said something about a party Ellie is doing tomorrow.”
