Someone knocked on the adjoining door and Jeremy appeared, letting himself in. “What the hell are you two doing? Do I even want to know?” he asked as he entered the bedroom. When he saw them on the floor, he burst out laughing.

“I’m guessing you guys will need a few minutes before we go get some food?”

Can I have a little longer to get reacquainted with this exquisite woman lying underneath me right now?

Jeremy laughed. “Oh hell no. You’re on your own with this one, I’m not that stupid. Good luck!” And with that he left again, closing the door firmly behind him this time.

“If I let you go, are you going to play nice?”

If by ‘play nice’ you mean she’s going to kick your ass, then sure, she’s going to play nice.

“If youdon’tlet me go, I’m going to kick your hockey playing ass,” she said, struggling to get free of his grip.

“LET ME GO!” she shouted.

He tickled her, and she giggled against her will.

“Arthur Justin Williams! Let me go before I get angry!”

He laughed, which made her angrier.

“Let me gooooo!” she demanded, as he made her promise to behave herself and not retaliate.

“I promise,” she hissed. He let her go and she sulked with him.

Damnit, in the dog house on the first night! How did you manage that, bright spark?

On the way down to dinner with her parents in the hotel restaurant, Jeremy broke the awkward silence. “Dude. You just got here and you’re already in the dog house!”

“She’s just pissy ‘cause she couldn’t beat me!” he retorted, tickling her sides.
