Morgan was like a breath of fresh air when I saw her walk into the courthouse. The dress was perfect and reminded me of the day I saw her in a summer dress at the fundraiser. My mind when to a bad place as I wondered if it was okay to smack your pregnant wife’s ass while buried deep inside her. Holy shit her boobs looked amazing.

Jenny brought Morgan’s shot records and the first thing we had to do was get our marriage license. Then Judge Courtney had a hearing starting at ten hundred hours, so we had to be quick. Addie and I had quite a few people up and going in Clarity and Cold Springs by zero five thirty. We even woke up the local jeweler and picked out and bought my platinum band. Then we went for flowers, and arranged a gift for all three of us. I also had another surprise for Morgan and Addie. I had been up since zero three hundred and called for a quick conference call with the Originals at zero four hundred.

“You’re so damn gorgeous, but we have to hurry.” I kissed her cheek then took her hand and led her to the clerks office. They already had everything ready. All Morgan had to do was show her ID and sign it. Then the Originals, my brothers, Morgan’s family, and my grandparents followed us tothe courtroom. We had too many people to do it in the judges chambers.

“I promise the wedding of your dreams soon.” I whispered in her ear.

“Who says this isn’t the wedding of my dreams?”

I smiled down at her when she said those words.

As our closest friends and family watched, Morgan Rossi became mine. I told her I would be the last man to ever touch her, and I meant it.

As the judge spoke, I looked into those gorgeous eyes and every memory that got me through the last several months replayed in my mind. My life changed so much since I met the woman that completed me. The woman who healed me, and gave me everything. She helped me make peace with my mother, brought my family into my life, made me a dad, and was giving me two more children. She gave me contentment, and love. I knew I still had struggles ahead of me. I still needed to face what happened in Syria, but she had me flying so high I was soaring. Eventually, I’d come down from my high and likely deal with some nightmares. But as long as I had her by my side I knew I was going to be okay. It was the first time I arrived home from a mission and didn’t take off on my bike.

“I, Alistair Creed II, take Morgan Anastasia Rossi as my wife….

“I, Morgan Rossi, take Alistair Creed II as my husband…”

Flashes of the torture, all the times I prayed, and how hard I ever fought, reminded me that they all brought me to that one moment. As I placed the wedding ring on her finger,I prayed once more. God might not have been in our vows, but I knew he was in our love. Nobody could have survived what I did without something holy intervening. He helped me endure the pain and to push on to save all those lives. My reward was looking me in the eyes as she slipped a platinum band on my finger. She gave me Addie and she was keeping our babies safe as they developed and grew strong enough to survive this world.

I reached up and wiped a tear from her cheek just as the judge told me I could kiss the bride. I smiled against her lips when I heard my best friends in the world.

“Hooah!”

I chuckled again when I felt one of our babies kick me. When I straightened up, I turned to someone I didn’t think Morgan noticed yet. I gave him a nod and he stepped forward.

“Brett?” Morgan asked as he handed me some papers. Morgan looked genuinely concerned.

“We still have one last step to make us a family.” It was the gift I arranged for my girls. “These are documents that need filed to the court. This is the only one we have to sign.” I pointed at the top page. “Its our intention to adopt. Once it is filed, we will have a home study and a hearing. I would like the adoption to be complete before the babies come.”

“Creed.” She started to cry. “You thought of everything.”

I nodded. “Addie is okay with it. We talked this morning and she’s excited to have our last name. I promise to help raise her and make sure she always knows about Callie.”

She smiled through her tears then hugged Addie before she signed it then handed me the pen. As I signed the paper, there was clapping and one more, “Hooah!”

An hour later we were back at the community center. Felicity and the girls were just adding the last touches when we arrived. They went out and bought all the flowers they could find, helped the auxiliary women put together a lunch, and turned the place into a wedding reception.

“How is this possible? All these people are here, including your grandparents and the VFW auxiliary.” Morgan looked around as I held her in our arms for our first dance as husband and wife.

“The Originals and I decided we can’t stay hidden forever. As far as these people are concerned, we are a bunch of veterans that build bikes and provide security for everyone from famous people to the rich. We will also be a safe place for people to start their lives over. We will begin construction soon on our new women and children’s center, but there’s no need for anyone to know about our missions. It kind of makes us a little less suspicious and somewhat explains why we have a bunker.”

She gasped with a smile just before I pressed my lips against hers.

It was time for lunch, and if I didn’t know better, I’d think Morgan was more excited about the Indiana festival fried chicken than becoming my wife.

Everyone was laughing and happy. Before the day ended, I pulled Morgan and Addie up to the microphone. As I held Addie with my one good arm, she held the microphone for me. I looked out over the crowd and saw our operatives, our prospects, and our families.

“I would like to apologize for getting everyone up so early. I woke up in the middle of the night and knew I couldn’t go another day without making us a family. I’d like to thankeveryone that worked hard to put all this together. I have a surprise for my girls and part of it was just secured when I left for my deployment and now it’s time to make it what it was meant to be for our little family.” Axton handed me an envelope as Drakos and Irons brought in a large box with a bow on it. I handed the envelope to Morgan and watched as she opened it.

She read it then looked up at me. “You bought the Chapman farm?”

I nodded then gave the guys a thumps up just before they pulled the box off what was meant as a hint. Morgan gasped. “My saddle?”

“Well, when you own horses you need land for them to graze and some stables. In order to ride them you need saddles. We'll get some for all of us, and eventually you both can choose your own horses.” I announced proudly.

Morgan squealed. “Are you kidding? You bought us a horse farm?”
