He held back from sayin’ it, but what he said was enough for our Josie. She turned her head and kissed his lips before she turned to me. Against her lips, I whispered, “We love you, too, sweetheart, with all our fuckin’ hearts.”
She slowly blinked her eyes open and smiled brightly. “I have definitely been missing out on so much...but especially in the bedroom.”
Both Caden and I chuckled.
“Lucky you have us now, baby,” Caden said.
“And only ever us,” I growled.
“Definitely.” She smiled.
But seriously, right then, I felt like I was the luckiest one to have two people in my life I loved, who were willing to share their lives and love with me.
Not that I’d ever say anything to Caden. I was a mean motherfucker after all, and we didn’t talk emotions and shit.
