A knock sounded on our door. “Are you two done? You have a reception to get to.” I could hear the amusement in Dimitri’s voice.
“We are not coming,” I called.
“We are,” West shouted and rolled off me. I growled under my breath and tried to grab him, but he was quicker. He stood beside the bed, utterly naked and fucking gorgeous, as he smirked down at me.
“You have to since it’s your own, Adrik,” Dimitri said. “I’ll meet you down there in five.”
“Twenty,” I said.
“Ten,” West countered.
We heard Dimitri sigh. “Half an hour, and that is it. People are waiting on you two.”
Standing, I curled an arm around West’s waist and kissed my marks on his neck. “You have made me the happiest man today.”
West shook his head as I lifted mine, and he cupped my cheeks. “You’re wrong. You made me the happiest, husband.”
“I love hearing that coming from you.”
“Good, because you’ll hear it all the time. Even when I’m pissed at you for not picking up your clothes.”
I snorted. “It is not I who does not pick up after themselves.”
He grinned. “I’m just trying to keep you on your toes. Now, let’s go shower, thank everyone for coming to our wedding, and get back up here as soon as we can.”
“I like the way you think, moya lyubov’.”
My father had told me earlier that he was proud of the man I had become, but I would not have been who I was without West standing at my side.
West
“Look at him. He can’t take his eyes off you, and you just got plowed,” Kylo said.
“What the hell?” I snapped, hitting him on the arm.
Lucas laughed. “No need to be embarrassed about it, West. Not when he’s your husband. Besides, you came back down with fresh marks on you.”
I groaned and glared at my husband, which he laughed at. Of course, the sound brought a smile to my face. Not only seeing him laugh but knowing he was mine. Forever.
“I still can’t believe he asked Death to move the business his way,” Lucas commented.
When he’d told me, I couldn’t believe it either. I thought he’d been joking when he told me. Then he decided since Death wouldn’t move, he would. I told him he didn’t have to change his life for me, but, as I had learned, when Adrik decided something, he made sure to follow through. Nothing seemed to be an obstacle for him. He moved into the top condo in a new development and made sure we lived together a few days later.
Two years we’d been together.
Two amazing years. Even when we fought, the makeup sex made up for it.
“He gets what he wants in the end, and the clubs he bought are thriving. We’re looking at taking a month away for our honeymoon.”
“Just you, Adrik, and Dimitri?” Kylo smiled.
I shrugged. “Probably. Though, knowing Adrik, he’ll take a couple of other men.”
“He’s just as protective as Wreck.” Lucas laughed.
“Thank fuck those two finally got over their hatred for one another,” Kylo said.
“I know,” I groaned. “It only took a year, and they still like to give each other shit.”
