She nodded as she wiped at the tear. Staring into my eyes, she spoke softly. “Yes, everything is just perfect. I can’t thank you enough for doing this.” She raised onto her toes and kissed my cheek. “I am overwhelmed with happiness.”

The cab driver dropped our bags next to us, pulling me from the trance that was Tasha. “Thank you,” I said paying him.

Turning to the door, I was met by one of the bellboys. “May I take your bags, sir?” he asked bending to pick them up.He looked like a child but had the voice of a man. Taking Tasha’s hand, we followed him inside and to the front desk.

Te building was much bigger than the advert showed, and the inside was a creation of perfection. Tasha ohh’d and aah’d as far as we went. The staff passing all greeted and welcomed us in the utmost friendliness I had ever seen.

Coming to the front desk, we were again greeted with big smiles and warm welcomes. The young lady checked our booking and handed me the keys. The bellboy went with us up to the room and placed our luggage next to the double sofa in the lounge area.

Tasha explored the suite as I took our bags to the bedroom. The place had all we could need and more. I was impressed by the luxury and finess.

Once we settled in the room, I ordered room service and filled the tub with bubbles. We spent the evening in the room, just enjoying each other’s company. I had a big day planned and wanted her relaxed.

Getting up before her, I ordered a champagne breakfast as it was a special day. Once the food arrived, I pushed it into the room next to the bed. Sitting down beside her, I gently stroked her hair as I spoke. “Tasha, baby, it’s time to get up.”

Her eyes flickered before opening. Tasha smiled at me. “What’s this?” she asked.

“Well, today is a special day and I want us to start it right,” I said watching her shift and sit up.

She turned her head to the side looking at me suspiciously. “What are you up to?” she asked.

“Oh, no, nothing,” I replied kissing her hand. “Come on, we have lots to do and see.”

We took a couple of bites, had some champagne and got ready. There was a limo waiting to take us to our first stop. Tasha had still not calmed down. Her excitement was contagious.

Shifting forward, I leaned closer to the driver. “Here you go my man,” I said handing him a paper with the destinations for the day on them.

Looking in his mirror he spoke with a wild accent. “To the first one, sir?”

“Yes, thank you,” I replied sitting back.

As the limo pulled out, Tasha popped open the complimentary wine that was on ice between the seats. Laughing at her, I just shook my head. The champagne breakfast must have given her some taste for drinking. But it was fine, we were on holiday and today was a special day.

She poured each of us a glass. Handing mine to me, she raised hers. “To our amazing adventures,” she tooted.

Raising mine, I gently clinked her glass. “To us,” I replied.

“So,” Tasha said curiously after taking a sip. “Where are we going?”

“Oh, no, curious little one,” I teased. “You will have to wait and see.”

Tasha sat pouting for a moment then pushed her face up against the window. “I can’t see anything through these dark-tinted windows,” she huffed glancing around the limo’s interior.

“Tasha, baby, what are you looking for? Can’t you just enjoy the trip,” I asked.

She responded mumbling as she continued searching for something. Ah ha,” she said beaming suddenly as she pressed a button above our heads. “Yes, I got it.”

Looking up I noticed the sunroof opening. Before I could say anything, Tasha stuck her head through and stood up. She was a determined one and quick when she wanted something.

Moving closer, I grabbed hold of her legs. Looking up, I spoke loudly hoping she could hear me through the wind. “Don’t you think…” was all I got out when Tasha grabbed my arm and pulled me up through the sunroof.

“Isn’t it lovely, look at the amazing view,” she screamed into the wind.

Placing my hand on her back, I rubbed in a circle as I replied. “Yes, it is lovely, but…”

Once again I was cut off but this time it was due to Tasha screaming at the top of her lungs banging the limo’s roof. “Stop, stop!”

The limo came to a sudden halt flinging us forward. I almost knocked my head against the roof. “What’s wrong? Tasha, are you okay?” I asked concerned.
