“Madi helped me.” He smiled as he shrugged. We rounded the corner, coming to the door for our room, and Dex stopped short. “Don’t move,” he warned.

I started glancing around. He had me thinking that maybe a bug landed on me, or something was hiding around the corner. He slipped the key card in, and then flung the door open. He grinned as he rushed back to me. “Have to carry my wife over the threshold.” He chuckled as he lifted me into the air.

“You’re crazy.” I squealed as he stepped inside, kicked the door shut with his foot, and then planted a deep kiss on my lips.

“Only about you,” he murmured as he moved farther into the room. He slowly lowered my legs until my feet touched the ground. I swayed against him, heady from the kiss. “I really don’t feel like getting dinner right now.” His lips teased along my jaw. “I was thinking we could get out of these wet clothes, and try out that bed. Maybe order room service after.” His lips traveled down to my bare shoulder.

I shivered under his touch. We’d been here before, but not like this. This was different. We were married now. We were trying to make a baby now. I haven’t met with the fertility doctor, but Dex and I agreed that after the wedding, we’d stop using protection. He’s never gone without a condom. If you’re sure you’ll have the energy,” I teased as my palms glided up his chest, over his shoulders and linked behind his head.

“I think I can manage.” He snickered. I when I looked up, his eyes connected with mine. The deep blue swirled with love. There were small crinkles in the corners. I always told him his eyes knew how to smile. One side of his lips turned up before he carefully lowered the strap of my dress. When he slipped the other strap off, the dress fell to my waist. It probably would have hit the floor if it wasn’t wet.

His eyes dipped to my chest, staring at my full breasts with appreciation. I hadn’t worn a bra. One hand cupped my right breast, squeezing lightly while the other played with my left nipple. “You’re so beautiful.” His voice was husky as he leaned down, trailing wet kisses across my chest.

I lowered my arms, reaching for the bottom of his shirt. I tugged the wet fabric, almost getting in a fight with it as I attempted to yank it over his head. He stepped back, helped, and flung the garment to the floor. “Much better.” I sighed as I stepped closer. I wiggled out of my dress, kicking it to the side, and leaving me only in a pair of panties. I worked the button on Dex’s khakis free, and shoved them over his hips.

“What’d they ever do to you?” He laughed.

I nibbled my lip seductively before lifting my chin to meet his eyes. “They were covering my second favorite part.”

“Second favorite, huh?” He stepped closer, his erection tenting his boxers.

“Mmm hmm.” I nodded. “This is the first.” I placed my hand flat against his chest, directly over his heart. I could feel it racing. “All of this is great, but it’s what’s in here that I love the most. You reached me when I didn’t think anyone would. Your heart is the best part of you… the rest of this… is just extra frosting.”

“I am pretty sweet, huh?” He moved us over to the bed. “Well, your second favorite part wants to try and compete for the number one position.”

“He can sure try.” I slipped my panties down before climbing onto the bed. Dex’s eyes widened as he mimicked me.

“You know, this might not take as long as it usually does.” He swallowed as he looked away for a moment. “I’ve never gone without. I heard it takes a little practice to last.” He coughed as if he were embarrassed.

“We have all weekend.” I cupped his jaw and pressed my lips to his. As I deepened the kiss, I rolled to my back. Dex rolled so he was over me, and trailed his hand down my side. One knee slipped between my legs, slowly moving them apart. Before the cool air had a chance to hit me, his cock brushed against me.

“Yeah, this is gonna be short.” He shivered as he positioned himself and slowly rocked his hips forward. “Fuuucck!” he hissed.

“I love you,” I whispered as I lifted my hips toward him. He froze before pushing a little more and seating himself fully inside.

“You feel so good.” He gasped.

“Let’s make a baby tonight,” I murmured against his lips. “Let’s make a baby all weekend.” I moaned as my head tipped and my back arched. Dex started to move, and a pained expression washed over his face.

“We’re going to do this again.” He grunted as he rocked harder and faster. He leaned down kissing me, and thrusting his tongue into my mouth. A groan tore from his lips before he stilled over me. Sweat beaded on his back, his hair slightly stuck to his forehead. “That was better than it’s ever been.” His voice was muffled where his face was buried in the bedding.

“And we can do this whenever we want, wherever we want.” I giggled as I hugged him. “You’re kinda heavy though. Can you move?” I slapped at his ass.

Dex rolled to the side. “I never knew it could be like this with anyone. I mean, I knew we were good together, but this is a whole new level of good.”

“I hope we never lose this.” I stared at the ceiling.

“What do you mean?” Dex turned to face me.

“I mean, it’s new… all of this. I hope that ten years from now, it’s still this good.” I tossed my hands in the air as if what I was saying were completely obvious. Dex’s eyes started to well up and he wiped them away. He tends to hide his emotions. “What’s wrong?” I touched his cheek.

“Do you realize that’s the first time I’ve heard you talk about things that far into the future? I’ve never heard you mention anything more than next week. It took me months to convince you that we could have a future, and now you’re talking about ten years from now. I’m just happy that you’re finally seeing things my way.” He leaned closer and kissed the tip of my nose. He stood up and walked across the room to grab a pair of athletic shorts.

“What are you doing?” I sat up.

“I’m going to order us some food. Why don’t you grab a shower, and then we can eat?” He started rummaging through the menu by the phone.

“Sounds like a plan.” I skipped all the way to the bathroom. I was happy, and I didn’t want to waste a minute of it.
