I drop my bag on my chair and head down the hall toward him. When he steps aside for me to enter, I have to stifle my gasp of surprise when he cops a feel of my ass. Anyone could have seen that. Literally anyone.

The door closes with a click behind me and the twist of the lock sends shivers up my spine.

Oh. It’s that kind of meeting.

“Did you enjoy your lunch date?” he asks from behind, stepping closer and closer until I feel the heat of his breath on my neck.

“It wasn’t a date.” I close my eyes and relish the feel of him when he runs his fingers up my arms.

“He seemed to think so.”

“Mr. Duke,” I look over my shoulder and smirk, “are you jealous?”

“Keep smiling, baby, and I’ll fuck that smirk right off your face.”

I arch my brow and turn around to face him completely. “I dare you.”

Boy, did he complete that dare.
