"Absolutely quaking," Lucian added with mock seriousness.

Serenity shook her head, caught between exasperation and amusement. "If you're coming, hurry up before the water getscold," she told Darius and Lucian, deliberately ignoring Ronan's indignant huff. "And fair warning—I bite."

Darius's answering smile was all teeth.

"So do we, little Omega. So do we."

Steam filled the marble bathroom as Serenity stepped under the hot spray, tilting her head back to let water cascade through her long brown hair. She'd barely had a moment to enjoy the warmth before the glass door slid open behind her.

"Room for two more?" Lucian's refined voice carried over the rushing water.

Serenity turned, water droplets clinging to her eyelashes as she took in the sight of both Alphas. Their powerful bodies were a stark contrast—Darius's frame broader and more imposing, Lucian's leaner but no less formidable.

"I'd say make yourselves at home, but you two seem to have already decided that," she quipped, her golden eyes with their distinctive red flecks tracing appreciatively over them.

Darius stepped in first, immediately dominating the space. "Your shower is bigger than most apartments," he observed, his large hands coming to rest on her slick shoulders. His gray eyes darkened as he took in the water trailing down her curves.

"One of the perks of being held captive by billionaires," she retorted, but there was no bite to her words.

Lucian chuckled, sliding in behind her. "I prefer to think of it as protective custody."

"Is that what we're calling it now?" She raised an eyebrow, finding herself sandwiched between them, their combined body heat more intoxicating than the steam.

"Call it whatever you want," Darius murmured against her ear, his hands skimming down her sides. "The result is the same."

God, she should be frightened being trapped between two predatory Alphas, but instead, Serenity felt a thrill race down her spine. "And what result is that, exactly?"

Lucian's elegant fingers traced the curve of her hip. "You, here with us. Safe."

"Safe is relative," she breathed as Darius's mouth found the sensitive spot where her neck met her shoulder.

"Not with us, it isn't," Darius countered. His tone left no room for argument, the Prime Alpha in him briefly surfacing.

Serenity reached for the bottle of shampoo, determined to maintain some control. "If you're going to crowd my shower, at least make yourselves useful."

Lucian took the bottle from her hand. "Turn around."

She hesitated, measuring the request, then complied. Years of business negotiations had taught her when to yield to gain leverage elsewhere.

His fingers worked through her hair with unexpected gentleness, creating a fragrant lather. "You're tense," he observed, thumbs working at the base of her skull.

"Three Alphas competing for my attention will do that," she said, but her eyes fluttered closed at his ministrations.

Darius moved closer, his chest against her front. "Not competing," he corrected, tilting her chin up. "Sharing. For now."

She opened her eyes to meet his penetrating gaze. "That doesn't sound very Alpha of you."

"We're evolving," Lucian murmured, guiding her head back to rinse her hair.

"Besides," Darius added, his hand sliding between them to cup her breast, "watching you come undone for both of us has its own appeal."

A moan escaped her lips before she could suppress it. "You're both impossible."

"Yet here you are," Lucian whispered, pressing himself against her back as Darius claimed her mouth in a searing kiss.

Water streamed around them as hands explored and mouths tasted.

Serenity lost track of whose touch was whose, surrendering to the dual sensations of being thoroughly attended to from both sides.
