"What'd you find out, Mom?" Gavin asks.
Kid, no. You just opened the can of fucking peanuts.
Felicity doesn't even acknowledge her son, which has Gavin backing up slightly. "You wanna know what I've been thinking about for the past hour, Ky?"
"That the sex talk and discussing proper birth control should have maybe happened sooner?" Colt suggests, hoping to deflect the conversation from the brick wall the freight train is currently running straight towards at full steam.
A swift punch to the gut from Ky knocks him backwards, but Colt still chuckles. Until Felicity slaps him across the face.
"Shut the fuck up, Colt."
"I'd maybe calm your tits because my wife's about to be here, and she'll knock you on your fucking ass for doing that," he hisses at her.
If she's pissed about what he thinks she is, he can't blame her. But that doesn't give her a right to lay her hands on him. And Lex will certainly not be okay with it.
Felicity locks eyes with her husband. "Speaking of his bitch of a wife, I've been thinking about how she threatened to expose a secret that would ruin our family, Ky. What secret was she talking about again?"
"We've already talked about this," Ky says, his voice low and almost a growl. "We have bigger shit to worry about right night now. Like our sixteen-year-old being knocked up."
"I'm telling you that being pissed at Colt for getting his cock sucked by your sister is hypocritical, and you still don't have the balls to tell me. I'm giving you every opportunity to admit what you fucking did. What everyone knows. Everyone except for me."
Turning to look at Ky, Colt stares with wide eyes, the sting on his cheek forgotten. "Dude, I think she knows. Come clean. It's the only option you got besides death," he whispers.
"I thought you knew, but I wasn't positive. I know Lex knows, and I know Ashley knows. Who else here knows? Who the fuck was told before I found out?" Felicity shouts, and she glances to Diesel. He looks guilty, and she shakes her head. "Even your dad knows, Ky. I should have been thefirstperson who knew."
VP and Jennings walk into the clubhouse, and Colt wishes he could join them as they walk along the safety of the wall rather than coming to see the fireball that is Felicity. At the rate she's going, it wouldn't surprise him in the least if fire actually shot from her ears like the cartoons he used to watch as a kid on Saturday mornings.
Instead of admitting it, Ky doubles down on his commitment to his deceit, and while Colt can kind of find it commendable to stick to his guns, he knows it's stupid. So, so stupid. Which is exactly why Colt takes another step backwards and pulls Gavin with him out of the line of fire. She may very well beat her husband to death at this point.
"Do you know what’s going on?" Gavin whispers, but Colt doesn't respond.
"I have no idea what you're talking about, babe," Ky says.
Wrong decision, buddy.
"No idea? You have no idea?" she asks with a laugh before screaming, "How about the fact that you fucked my sister?"
"Wait, what?" Gavin asks. "You slept with Aunt Vicky?"
Her hands shakes as she stares at a silent Ky. "The worst part is how many people knew. Not me, but others. Not only did younottell me, you fucking lied. For twenty fucking years, you lied your ass off. Twenty years!"
"Felicity—"
"Don't even think about coming home. If you do, no one will ever see you again. I can't... You disgust me!"
"Oh shit," Colt mumbles and takes another step backwards.
Chapter Six
Griffin's Beach
Colt
Lexwalksintotheclubhouse, and Felicity whips around and glares at her with more anger than she had towards Ky. Considering what he's pretty sure Felicity found out, the hatred aimed at the blonde seems unfounded compared to what he saw with Ky. Even more, it's hard to believe these two once considered the other a best friend.
"That's not a good face. Guess that answers the question of how you feel about me moving back," Lex says.
"You're a shit friend!" Felicity shouts.
