“They needed to hear that.” Travis steps up to my side. I wipe my face with the towel and toss it with the others.
“Yeah, well, Coach is killing the morale. The man needs to fucking retire.”
Unfortunately, the school will never fire him. They only see what happens on the field during the games. They see the wins and believe he’s doing something right. The ones who are doing it right are us. I spent the summer making plays with him so he can’t even take credit for that.
“Yeah, he does. But that man will never leave his throne. Good news is this is our last year with him. Then we’ll be getting paid the big bucks to get yelled at.” He chuckles, but I’m worried about what will happen when Trav and I are no longer here as a buffer. We know how to boost the guys up, but a lot of the other players have a hard time seeing past the criticism. “Hey, do you want to go grab some grub before we head home?”
“Can’t.” I shake my head. “I told my sister I’d go over and help her hang some shelves. You want to join?” I could use a buffer between me and the one who bleeds into my every thought, tormenting my good conscience with feelings I shouldn’t have. I had another dream last night, only this one was far worse than the others. And my dick springs right up, trying to bust through my cup as it plays in my mind. Torrin kneeled between my legs, tears streaming down her pretty cheeks as I fucked the back of her throat. Forcing her to take her feeding. Fuck. It’s time for me to get to the showers. “We can grab some dinner afterwards?” I need him to say yes, but he shakes his head, which means I’ll be walking into hell on my own.
“I’m gonna have to pass. I have some stuff I need to take care of for Professor Maxwell tonight, so I’m just going to get a quick bite to eat then head home. Tell Torre I say hi though. You should have her over to the house for a barbecue or a movie night or something. It’d be good to see her.”
If I weren’t rock hard, imagining her choking on my cum and begging for more, that’d be a great idea.
“Yeah, I’ll check with her and see what her schedule is like.”
But it’s not going to happen. Keeping a safe distance is better for both of us.

“Oh, hey, Luke!”Sophie opens the door, holding a paintbrush in her hand with some smeared paint across her cheek. I get a glimpse of the canvas behind her and am beyond impressed. The girl is an artist. “Torre just ran down to the laundry room. She shouldn’t be too much longer.”
“Is she down there by herself?”
I told that girl to make sure she always had her roommate with her. But Sophie’s standing in front of me, which puts my money on the fact that my sister didn’t listen.
“Yeah.”
Of course she is.
“I’ll go down and keep her company.” Let Sophie finish up her flower painting while I go have a word with my sister. She clearly isn’t grasping the concept that just because there are cameras in this place, doesn’t make her safe. Unfortunately, no campus is immune to predators. Things happen, and ninety percent of the time it’s to girls.
The laundry room is located all the way down in the basement. It’s like a dungeon down here. Barely lit. The noise of the washing machines filling the room. There’s no one in here except my sister. And there she is, tucked in the back corner, her AirPods in as she sways her hips to music. She’s folding her clothes, completely oblivious to the fact that she’s no longer alone.
I stalk forward slowly, trying not to get hypnotized by the sway of her hips. Or the way her plump asscheeks are nearly peeking below her little shorts—another fact that pisses me off. It’s like waving a steak in front of a starved lion. Any hot-blooded male would want to take a bite. And she doesn’t even sense my approach, which is another fucking problem. What if some fucker couldn’t control their urges? What if a pack of frat boys decided they wanted to have some “fun?” She wouldn’t know what was happening until it was too late.
Clearly, she needs to be taught a lesson. Otherwise, she’ll never learn. I reach around, cupping my hand over her mouth, bracing against her back and pinning her against the washing machine. She can’t escape. And as she tries to yell for help, the sound is muffled by my palm. No one would ever hear her screaming down here. If I were a predator, I could tear down these little shorts and fuck her without anyone ever knowing. No one would come to her rescue. Or do a damn thing to stop it.
I lean into her ear, taking out her little white earbud and placing it on top of the machine. She’s gone stiff like she’s frozen in her fear, another reason why she needs to be more careful. She’s been rendered defenseless by her terror.
“Told you what could happen to little girls down here, but you didn’t listen.”
Her head twists in my hand slowly, eyes growing round like saucers when she realizes it’s not an actual predator. Though, she has no idea. I violate her every which way imaginable in my sleep. And in the shower when I’m washing my sins down the drain.
“You hear that spin cycle?” I press her forward against the machine. “No one would hear you whimpering over the noise. A guy could fuck you against it, and no one would come to save you.” I don’t even see any so-called cameras down here. There was one by the stairwell, but none down here. That’s something I need to bring up to the school. They’re just asking for trouble.
“It’s not safe to be down here alone, Torrin. And with your ears plugged up, you wouldn’t even know if someone was coming from behind.” At least if she saw someone approaching, she’d be able to scream and try to make a run for it. Put up a little bit of a fight. But without a heads-up, she’s defenseless.
“Now…” I release my hand. “Are you going to put yourself in this position again?”
“You are such an asshole,” she snaps. “You scared the shit out of me.”
I know I did. I can feel her pulse racing. Her body is practically vibrating.
“You needed to learn a lesson, Torre. What if I had been a predator?”
“I would’ve fought him off.”
“Really?” I grab the back of her neck and force her head down to the washer, pinning her with my hips. “Fight me then. Show me you can defend yourself.”
