Aaron was back and handed me a flashlight. "He shouldn't have gone far. I'll check in the forest. You follow the trail. Don't go too far, okay?"
"Aaron...," I whispered, feeling horrible.
"It's alright. Roxas is an ass, but he isn't stupid. He can defend himself. Even if he's a bunny. He's probably upset and wanted space or something. We'll find him." He brushed a piece of my hair behind my ear and pressed a gentle kiss to my forehead."He'll be okay. Just stay focused and stay on the trail."
I nodded my head. "Okay."
He gave me a tight hug and raced around to the back of the house. I glanced at the flashlight in my hand, gripping it tightly with determination.
