"Subconsciously," I replied. "Meaning you were thinking about me when you teleported by accident," I concluded.

I noticed his cheeks began to grow red. "T-that isn't true. Let's go already," he grumbled. I grinned and began to follow him.

"Woof!"

"Oh." I stopped and looked over my shoulder. "What's Daisy doing out here?"

"I didn't see her., Roxas pointed out.

"She likes playing in the bigger clearing cause there's more space."

"You mean the one we found you in with Aaron?" Roxas clarified.

"I guess," I replied, a little unsure if they had found me in the middle of the clearing or if Aaron had tried to bring me back home after I blacked out. "It's not far. Let's go get her and go home."

"Alright," he replied, following my lead. We reached the clearing in less than two minutes, but there was no sign of Daisy.

"I swore I heard her in this direction," I voiced, walking up to the middle of the circular space. I was surprised the place was in one piece after what had occurred with the tornado incident.

"Me...too," Roxas replied. I glanced over my shoulder to see him rubbing his eyes. "Roxas?" I asked. "What's wrong?

He opened his eyes, their red appearance shifting to a vibrant gold. "Roxas?"

His eyes opened and closed, blinking a few times as he looked past me.

"Roxas?" I asked again. He looked as though he was in a weird daze, leaving me to wonder what the hell was up with him. I began to move back to him but froze when he lifted his hand up and shook his head. "Run...Alice." He struggled to speak, his skin growing pale as he squeezed his face like he was in pain.

"Roxas? What the hell is wrong?" I questioned, rushing toward him. His eyes closed and he fell back onto the grass.

"Roxas!" I screamed, reaching his side and dropping on my knees. I pressed my ear to his chest, realizing he was still breathing, but he looked extremely pale and hisweak exhales were shallow.

Shit! What's going on? Roxas...he needs help. I need the others.

I tried to decide how I'd be able to get him back home without hurting him. "Maybe teleport? I have to use my mind," I told myself.

Something shook the ground like an earthquake. I shrieked and looked back to the middle of the clearing to see a large, dark monster standing there, its eyes glowing a bright green. I had no clue what the fuck it was, but it eyed me and Roxas carefully before it weirdly grinned, showing its sharp, white teeth.

"Oh, no. What the fuck is that?!" I exclaimed and rose up, standing protectively in front of Roxas. I had to make sure he didn't get hurt, but how?

The thought triggered something in my mind, reminding me of movies and shows where a pod or barrier wrapped around a person or group of people to protect them.

That could work.

Closing my eyes tightly, I quickly imagined pod-like barrier around Roxas. Opening my eyes, I looked back to see it had worked: a light orange barrier was covering Roxas's body.

"I did it!" I cheered before turning my attention back on the weird thing in front of me. I raised my hands up in defense position, ready to kick ass with whatever I could think of, but the longer I stared at the thing, the more it looked familiar.

Where have I seen this before?

"ALICE!"

I looked back to see Aaron and the others racing towards me. Aaron slid to a stop and shot his hand out.

"LIGHTNING ROSANDLA!" he commanded. A strike of lightning blazed to life, shooting from the sky down to the black monster. It screamed and began to fade until it was nothing but mist.

My eyes noticed something shiny drop to the ground as the last remnants of the monster faded away. I frowned and turned back to the guys as they reached my side. The barrier around Roxas faded, just in time for Romeo to fall to his knees and check on him.

"What happened?" Alec questioned.
