VEGAS NIGHTS…

Joston won his competition, which wasn’t a shock to anyone. There was a time when they tried to accuse him of cheating because it was unfathomable that he could win as much as he did. Yes, he’d lost games earlier in his career, but that was a thing of the past. When you got to his mastery level of skill, he only played maybe six to eight games a year. If the payout wasn’t larger than five hundred thousand dollars, it wouldn’t be worth his time.

“Tonight was a good night, and it’s just going to get better,” he said with a bright smile.

We were on our way to his party house. He had a party about once a month. Entry was by invite only or membership. Membership was a cool one hundred thousand dollars a year. Invites were paid for by the person who invited them at five thousand dollars a pop. After five visits, they had to join or get the hell on. Joston’s parties were not for the weak or poor.

When we pulled up to the house, the valet opened our doors. Juliet met us at the bottom of the stairs. She was a beautiful woman that was referred to this job by Jacobia. She was not a part of the lifestyle, however. “Good evening, Joston. You have a full house tonight with seven VIPs on the RSVP list.”

You were considered VIP if you held a government office, CEO status, or a player of any major league sports team. “Good stuff, Juliet. Anything else that I need to know?”

She tapped on her tablet. “Yes, Jacobia RSVP’d with a guest.” When he asked with an arched brow who her guest was, she responded with a smirk. “Miss Lark Hunter. They’re actually already inside.”

Now my brow was arched. The fuck was Lark coming back here for.Joston looked at me sideways as we walked up the stairs. “You knew they were coming?” I asked him.

“Hell no! I talked to Jacobia’s ass earlier today, and she didn’t mention anything about coming to Vegas. I got something for that ass though.” He mumbled the last sentence.

The curtains were opened immediately when we went into the house so that we could walk in. My eyes roamed the room in search of one person and one person only. Like a magnet, my eyes pulled to the side of the room where the bar sat. There she is.When I took her in, my spirit started to rumble, and not in a good fucking way.

“Why the fuck is Griffin smiling in her face and she’s smiling back?” I asked myself more than I did Joston. It took me a second to get past her smiling in Griffin’s face to focus on what she had on. I glanced at Joston with tight eyes. “Oh, she got me fucked up!”

Jacobia had been lookingat me with this skeptical eye since I came out of the bathroom of our hotel suite. We were on our way to Joston’s party house. I felt good as hell.

“Lark, um, do you remember what the colors meant at the party?” There was a nervousness in her voice that made me smirk. After I confirmed that I remembered, she turned in her seat to face me. “You remember, and those were the colors that you wanted to wear? This is a little bit of a jump from yellow, best friend.”

I took my lip gloss out of my clutch, opened it, then applied it to my lips. My reply to her question didn’t come until I placed my gloss back in my clutch. “Jacobia, I think I’ll fair just fine tonight.”

She gawked at me for a moment before she burst into a fit of giggles. “Ok, best friend. Don’t come crying to me when your ass taps out again. Talking about you’re going to fair just fine.”

We pulled up to the front of the house moments later. The valets opened our doors to help us out. Juliet was at the bottom of the stairs to greet us. “Hey, beautiful ladies. You both look amazing tonight.” She glanced over at me, then paused for a second. She sized me up with a shocking expression. “Miss Lark, I didn’t expect to see you back so soon and on another level.”

I gave her my beautiful blushing smile. “Staying on the same level is boring. The joy of life is leveling up.”

Juliet’s head bucked back a little. “Okay, Miss Ma’am! You better be grown tonight.” We all laughed together.

“You see her out here trying to live the bestest of the best life tonight,” Jacobia jested. “I told her if she comes crying tap out, I will never let her forget it.”

We spoke for another minute before we went into the house. Since I’d signed the NDA last time, I didn’t need to sign an additional one. Although I’d seen it once, the shock value was still there when the curtains pulled back. Asses, pussies, and dicks were just everywhere. A few heads turned our way as Jacobia and I walked toward the bar. I didn’t miss the lustful stares that came our way.

“Jacobia, you having your usual tonight?” the bartender asked after we sat down. After she nodded, she asked what I wanted to drink.

“Can I have an Amaretto Sour, please?”

Jacobia and I sat there observing the many different scenes in the room. There were a few threesomes going on that looked very confusing, but I was here to fuck and not judge. Our drinks were set in front of us. I felt a presence over my left shoulder. I turned my head to the side and got a glimpse of a fair skinned, handsome man. He’ll do.

“How are you this evening?” I asked after I turned my entire body to face his, then crossed one of my legs over the other. I took in his all-black suit remembering that it meant he was a Dom.

He smirked, then replied, “I’m doing better now that you’re here. What’s your name?”

“You can call me Beautiful, and I’ll call you Handsome.” This time I wanted to control the situation. I allowed Chance to get the best of me last time. I would be the one to get the best of whoever would be my conquest tonight.

I felt Jacobia’s eyes on me. My best friend probably thought that I’d lost my mind. Handsome stepped closer to me. “Do you know how sexy you are? I’d love to taste you and have you taste me.”

His words did nothing to me.Wait, why didn’t it do anything to me?I wanted it to do something to me. I put on my best smile. “Is that so? I think I would?—”

“Beautiful, can I have a word with you?” Chance’s abrupt presence startled me. “Griffin, she’s going to be occupied for the night.”
