“Yep. Gotta turn you into a basic bitch like the best of us.”
“Never,” she scoffs before placing her plump lips back around the straw, and now I’m wondering how they’d look wrapped around my cock. “It’s good, thanks.”
“Wow. Are you admitting defeat?”
She rolls her eyes. “Just take the W, Anderson.”
I throw my arm over her shoulder. “Fine, I’ll take the W.”
We head toward the parking garage, and I’m still surprised Sophia requested I drive after how standoffish she was last week. I’m glad to know she’s willingly spending extra time with me. I lead her over to my truck.
“Thisis your ride.” Sophia smirks as her eyes scan the length of my black jacked-up F-250.
“Yep.” I slap the hood. “Ain’t she a beaut?”
“Compensating for something, Honey Bee?” She giggles as I lead her to the passenger door.
“I can show you better than I can tell you.” I wink, opening it wide.
“Compensate how you must.”
I offer my hand.
“Elijah, I don’t need you to help me into the truck. I’m perfectly capable of doing it on my own.”
“Humor me, would you?”
Her stubborn eyes analyze my face, and I savor the attention. “Fine,” she huffs, grabbing my extended hand, a small smirk spreading across her perfect lips. I steady her, and she steps on the foot bar, hoisting herself into the truck. She looks over at me. “What?”
“Nothing.” I press my lips together, the corners curling upwards. “I just never realized how tiny you were until I watched you get into my truck.”
“I’m not tiny!” She scoffs. “Maybe your truck is just too damn big.”
“It’s not an insult. You’re the perfect size.” I step up on the foot bar, grab the seat belt, and pull it over her, clicking it in place. Her breath hitches when I nudge her arms so she’ll unfold them, and my heart rate skyrockets as my pinky accidentally grazes her breast. “See.” I clear my throat. “Nice and safe.” I jump down and slam the door shut, then make my way to the driver’s seat to start our drive towards her dorm.
A few minutes later, we pull up to the curb of Sophia’s building, and I spot Sage with a surfboard tucked under her arm.
“Do we need to wait on Charlie?” I ask while Sage puts her board in the truck bed.
“She’s gonna meet us there later,” Sophia tells me. “One of her cheer friends is coming too, so they’re riding together.”
“Oh, okay, cool beans.”
Sage gets in the truck, and I pull out of the lot onto the main road. “I have a friend I want you to meet,” I tell Sage.
“Oh, really?” she replies, her tone laced with curiosity.
“Yep.”
“Care to elaborate?”
“Nope. But I think you’ve met him before.” I smile to myself.
“Ooohh…”She sings.“Now I’m intrigued.”
“What about me?” Sophia asks from the passenger seat.
I take my eyes off the road briefly to narrow them at her, then return them forward. “Whataboutyou?”
