If she’d invited me to take a trek through hell with her, I’d have followed Lotte into Hades. I was addicted to that woman. The memory of her taste made me harden in my tailored pants.
“Don’t go upstairs,” said Richard. “Not alone.”
I found his comment intriguing.
Last time I’d visited, even the action on the ground level was intense. My mind spiraled with what to expect from the guests who wandered upstairs.
“Ready?” asked Shay.
I put on my masquerade mask and secured it around the back of my head with the strips of silk. One more glance in the mirror at my enigmatic reflection and I knew I’d remain unrecognizable.
My height might be intimidating, but some seemed to like that vibe, from what I could tell.
Shay and Richard led me out into the hallway. Richard slipped on his masquerade mask and walked off in the opposite direction.
Shay and I headed south.
“I can find my way around,” I said.
“No doubt.” Shay patted my back with affection.
It was the kind of gesture that spoke volumes. He wasn’t ready to let me wander off just yet.
“Gonna put yours on?” I asked.
He gave me a devilish grin and then made it disappear behindhisplaguedoctor masquerade mask.
“What’s the most extreme thing you’ve done?” Inquiring minds and all that.
He looked surprised by my question. “The last time I dabbled in kink I had several submissives riding me.”
“Taking turns?”
“They can’t all fit on me at the same time,” he said sarcastically. “I’m a sex god but not that kind of god.”
I chuckled at his candor. “You’ve got some stamina.”
His eyes crinkled in amusement.
“Do you still do that kind of thing now that you’re with Rue?”
“We dabble together.” He elbowed me. “Sign up for full membership and I’ll share more.”
That would never happen.
“Did Cameron get up to that?”
“Mind your own business.” Shay winked.
Probably good advice.
