“I’m game,” Malik gave me a look that screamed predator, and when I saw the gold flash in his eyes, I knew that hunting me down excited his dragon.
Jesus, the things these men made me feel were going to be the death of me.
“Spell out the rules,” Brock said, leaning forward, his blue eyes turning mischievous as he looked around for some advantage. He was so sweet and funny until there was a competition to feed his competitive side.
“You all stand outside, the door closed so you can’t see or hear me. Count to one hundred, and then you find me. The first to find me gets to decide how things play out.” I said, still backing away from them and slowly unbuttoning my shirt.
“Be more specific,” Cal demanded.
“The first to find me, and catch me, gets to decide how they want to fuck me first.” I had never spoken like that out loud before. Those words would have never left my lips before, at least not in that order. I didn’t know what had gotten into me, but I liked it. Being around these men, I felt powerful and sexy, and I loved it.
“You have one minute, little witch,” Cal said, getting to his feet. “Use it wisely.”
The men headed out the back door, and I waited until their backs were all to the glass door. Then I turned and ran, my heart pumping in my ears, and excitement filled me. I ran up the stairs, leaving my shirt on the banister. Next were my pants on the wood floor of the hallway. I left my bra on my bedroom door, and instead of going into my room, I kept heading toward the back of the house to the door that hid the attic stairs.
I had a surprise for my men and couldn’t wait to show them. I slid my panties down my legs and left the swatch of black lace on the stairs, then moved up to the space I had prepared just for this.
Electric candles were placed all over the now cleaned-up attic. Mountains of dusty boxes and junk no longer dominated the space. Instead, two California king-size mattresses were sitting on the floor pushed together, made with the softest silk sheets a girl could order and more pillows that would be necessary.
Cal was a master vampire, and from what I could see, he was used to being in control. Brock would give him that control, but he was just as powerful as Cal was. Even if he didn’t demand the same power, he deserved it. Malik was my dragon, strong and fiercely independent. I knew he was struggling to carve out his own dominance. So, I wanted where we all played to be on equal footing. They had been struggling with control, backing off and following when they were born to lead. I thought maybe this would even it out, at least while we were all naked.
The room wasn’t done, but it was as good as I could make in such a short time without the men finding out.
“Ready or not, here we come,” Brock called from downstairs.
My heart raced, and I had to control my excitement as I lay down on the silk sheet to wait and see who came through that door first.
I didn’t have to wait long before I heard my bedroom door open and close.
“She isn’t in here,” Cal said. “Where else could she be?”
I counted in my head, waiting.
One, two, three.
No one was coming upstairs, not yet.
Four, five, six.
I heard a few more doors open and close downstairs.
Seven, eight, nine.
The door at the bottom of the stairs opened, and one set of footsteps were climbing.
Ten.
They stopped halfway up the stairs, probably finding my underwear.
Eleven, Twelve.
The same footsteps continued to stop up the stairs, and Malik was the one who found me.
“I knew it would be you,” I said. “You had a bit of an advantage. I’m not even sure if the others know how to get up here.”
“You’ve been busy, angel,” Malik said, looking around.
“Have I?” I said, sitting up, leaning back on my hands, and letting the silk sheet fall down my body.
