“Why are you so tired? You are usually so full of energy. Too much, actually.”

The last part was said quietly. I was sure I wasn’t meant to hear it. My lips twitched. Fuck me, but I could feel my energy level rising.

She took three more steps forward.

So close.

“You don’t get to be exhausted,” she said. Another step. “Not when you play the monster in my story.”

She took that final step.

Thank fuck.

I reached over and pulled her into my lap. She realized the position she put herself in too late. Now that I had her, I wasn’t letting her go.

I pulled on the thin straps of her romper until it ripped, and the fabric from the front fell, baring one tit. She wasn’t wearing a bra, and my mouth watered at the sight.

“How many times do I have to say this? I might be the monster, but I’m your fucking monster. You need to fucking deal with your monster.”

I leaned down and took her nipple in my mouth. Her palm came down to my forehead, and she tried to push me away. I nipped at her, and she screeched, making me wince.

“Fuck. Did you just bite me?” she asked.

I bit her again.

“Fuck. Dominic!”

I grinned and took her nipple back into my mouth, sucking.

She groaned and arched toward me.

“Fuck,” I heard her say again.

“It’s too late. I was being a fucking gentleman and letting you heal. You came to me, wildcat. So now you’re going to take me.”

Her eyes widened, and she shook her head.

I pushed most of the paper on my desk down to the floor to make room for her and set her on the surface.

She tried to run away.

I grabbed her hips and held her still, leaning forward and licking her rigid nipple.

She groaned, pushing her hand against my shoulders and trying to get away.

Silly girl.

“Don’t try to kid yourself,” she said, slamming her hands down my shoulders. “You’re not a fucking gentleman.”

I laughed and tore the other strap before pulling the romper down, letting it pool around her waist.

“I like this outfit,” she said with a slight pout. “And now you’ve ruined it.”

I felt a moment of regret, and then I leaned forward and kissed her softly.
