One hand fists at the back of my neck, pinning me. The other cradles my hip, locking me in place. His teeth drag slow and deliberate along my throat - right over the main scent gland - teasing the sensitive skin already throbbing from the bonds blooming underneath.
"You’re ready for me now," he murmurs, voice a deadly, sacred promise. "All mine. Always mine."
His teeth sink in.
Hard.
Brutal.
Perfect.
I scream - not in pain, not exactly - but in release. In submission.
In completion.
As Lucian’s mark blooms under his bite, something seismic detonates inside me. The bond with him - already vast, already ancient - flares blindingly bright.
It devours the others.
Not erasing them - never - but almost binding them together. Tying every bond into a single, unstoppable force, locking my scent to theirs, theirs to mine, until there is no longer Rhea and them.
There is onlyus.
Pack.
Forever.
Lucian’s knot throbs inside me in time with the pulse hammering at my marked throat. His breath fans hot against my skin as he lifts his mouth, blood and saliva mixing, sealing the mark with an instinctive swipe of his tongue.
Around me, the others press closer; panting, trembling, awed.
Theo brushes reverent kisses to my temple. Kai strokes his fingers down my side, tracing every trembling rib. Ash palms my hip, thumb brushing possessively over the fresh imprint of his teeth.
Lucian stays buried inside me, one hand cradling the side of my face, his forehead resting against mine.
"You’re ours," he whispers. "And we are yours."
I close my eyes, breath stuttering through me, and feel it -
The bonds.
Alive. Breathing.
Lucian’s hand splays over my stomach, anchoring me in the new weight of all of them.
I have them. I have all of them.
And they have me.
We arecomplete.
At last.
