Page 113 of Easy Steal

No more working on the dirty floor.

“Dude!” Zeke yelled as he opened his new toolbox, and Danny followed quickly after him to admire all of the shiny new tools.

“What do you think?” I asked, grabbing onto his arm and leaning against it.

He wrapped me into his arms, squeezing me tight as his answer. I chuckled and grabbed his hand, dragging him towards the brand new office.

“Look,” I said, running my hand along the new black counter.

He raised an eyebrow and crossed his arms.

“What are you trying to hint at, Liv?”

I shot him a smirk, “nothing.”

He narrowed his eyes and strode towards me, wrapping his arm around my waist and pressing me against the counter.

“You’re amazing. I can’t believe you did all of this.”

I shrugged, “you deserve it. All of it.”

He shook his head, leaning his head down to kiss me softly on the lips.

“I love you, girl,” he whispered against my mouth.

“I love you too.”

“Gross,” Toni gagged, leaning against the door to the office.

“Go away,” Sammy muttered over his shoulder, not breaking away from out kiss.

“I helped too, you know,” Toni mumbled.

“Aw,” Sammy’s head snapped up, “do you want a kiss too?”

“Yeah, actually,” Toni shrugged.

Sammy opened his arms wide, “come ‘ere then.”

“Fucking idiot,” Toni rolled his eyes, wandering back out into the workshop.

I chuckled, shaking my head, “you’re both idiots.”

Sammy shrugged.

I sighed, looking up at him.

He looked over his shoulder and went towards the door and lingered.

“What is it?” I frowned.

“Let’s go for a drive,” he bounced.

I frowned, “you want to leave already?”

He nodded, grabbing me by the hand and leading me from the shop and back to my car.

“Slow down, will ya?” I snapped, as he dragged me along.
