“Ora.”
“Nice to meet you, darlin’. I can see why you have our VP here all worked up.” He smirks, lifting my hand to his lips to press a kiss. His eyes drop to my breasts and then rise, but he doesn’t appear to be ashamed about having me catch him in the act.
War waits for him to let me go before he slaps the back of his head. “Keep your hands to yourself, Lore. And your eyes off her tits.”
“Yeah, you don’t want to end up like Ghost.” Skull smirks, lifting his chin in my direction.
“Hey, Skull.” I waggle my fingers at him.
His brow furrows. “How the fuck can you tell us apart?”
I grin, but really it’s only by one tiny detail. Bones has this little curl of blond hair that sits on his forehead, while Skull doesn’t. His is all straight. “Can’t give away all my secrets.”
“Do you want something to drink, baby?” War asks, nuzzling my neck. “And should I be concerned you’re so tuned in with the twins? Even I can’t tell them apart, and I’ve known them for a long fucking time.”
“I’ll just have a Coke, please.”
War has nothing to be concerned about with any other man, but he doesn’t need to know that.
“Rose.” He nods to the curly-haired brunette at the bar.
She slides me a Coke and a beer for War. “And what did happen to Ghost?”
“War beat the shit out of him in the ring,” Lore fills me in, putting his hands up in submission when War throws him a look that clearly tells him to shut the fuck up.
Lifting the glass to my lips, my eyes lock with his. “Did you now?”
Rose walks around and plants her ass on Lore’s lap, watching me out of the corner of her eye when she thinks no one is looking. There’s curiosity there but also some jealousy.
Has War slept with her?
I then gaze at the pool table, watching the twins while War sits and pulls me onto his lap. “You play?” he asks, nodding toward the table.
“A little,” I lie.
My mother spent most of her life working in bars and restaurants while she was studying to get her engineering degree, and a lot of the time, I had to go along with her. Let’s just say there wasn’t much for me to do to pass the time aside from playing pool and coloring in.
“Let’s play doubles!” Bones calls out, flashing me a rakish grin. “Shotgun Ora!”
“Where’s the loyalty, brother?” Skull replies, but there’s amusement in his tone. “A set of nice tits comes along, and you fucking ditch me?”
“It’s Ora,” Bones replies, like that’s explanation enough. “They’re more than just nice. Look at them! They’re the biggest real tits I’ve ever seen.”
“Uh, thanks?” I laugh.
“Bones,” War barks, looking like he wants to kill him. His eyes are narrowed to slits, and a muscle works in his jaw. “Keep your eyes above her neck, or I will cut them out. Yes, they are fucking perfect. No, they aren’t yours.”
“Her face is nice too.” He smirks.
Lore laughs, looking from around Rose. “Looks like our VP might have some competition.”
War lets out an impatient sigh, turning my face to him. I run my fingertips over the dark stubble on his jaw. “I’m going to kill those fuckers,” he whispers, gaze dropping to my lips. “Say the word, and I’ll kick their asses.”
“They’re just playing around.” I grin. The twins have never made me feel unsafe.
“Stop defending them if you want them to keep breathing,” he whispers, making me laugh.
From the corner of my eye, I see Rose dropping to her knees in front of Lore.Oh my God. Is she going to give him head right here in front of everyone?
