“You sleep with one of them, and suddenly, they are all hanging around,” Lu mutters, tilting her head to look into the parking lot. “Two bikes just pulled in. Oh, wait. It’s the hot twins. Do you think they share more than just a womb?”

My best friend has no shame.

Covering my mouth, I’m still laughing when they step inside. “Fuck, the hotties just keep multiplying,” one of them says, winking at Lu.

“It’s me who’s seeing double,” she purrs, giving them both a slow once-over.

They both flash us identical grins at the same time.

Fuck me, they are sexy.

“Did you like what I picked out for you the other day?” I ask, grinning at them. I can’t help it—they have a flirty and friendly energy I enjoy being around.

“Hell yes. I’m probably going to get a gut now because I’m going to be in here every chance I get,” the other twin comments, lifting his shirt and showing off a six-pack that is so toned I doubt it’s going to go anywhere.

“I don’t know about that, Bones?” I guess, pointing at him.

He nods, surprise flickering in his blue eyes. “How did you know? My mother gets that wrong sometimes.”

“Just a guess.”

“Bones?” Lu smirks. “And what’s your name then, handsome?”

“Skull,” his brother replies with a chin lift, walking toward the cakes that are on display. “I think I want one of everything.”

Skull seems quieter and more laid back than Bones, who is full of energy and mischief.

“Two of everything,” Bones corrects, then frowns. “If we take it back to the clubhouse, everyone’s gonna want some, though. Maybe we should get more.”

Lu looks over at me, amusement dancing in her eyes. “Looks like they are going to keep us in business, Ora."

“Aura?” Bones replies, gesturing his hand in a circle in the air. “Like the energy field? Is your mom a hippy?”

I laugh, resting against the counter. “No, like short for Orabella.”

“I like it.” He nods, tilting his head to the side and studying me. “I can see why he’s so infatuated with you.”

Wait! What?

Skull’s phone rings, and he winces before answering. “Yeah?” He shares a look with Bones. “We’re just picking up something to eat. We’ll be back in fifteen…” He pauses. “You said she’s off-limits, not that we can’t go and eat cupcakes and shit.” He sighs and tucks the phone back in his pocket.

I want to ask if that was War, but I refrain, knowing it’s not really my business.

Lu doesn’t have the same problem. “What was that about? Did War tell you that Ora is off-limits?”

Skull rubs the back of his neck. “Something like that.”

Lu comes over to me and lifts my hand. “Wow, I don’t see a ring on this finger. Do you, Ora?”

Smirking, I shake my head. “I guess that means she’s single and doesn’t belong to a man who has a fucking girlfriend.”

Bones laughs, his shoulders shaking. “War does not have a girlfriend.”

“He literally came in here with a blonde wrapped around him,” I remind them, narrowing my eyes.

Bones shrugs like it’s of no consequence. “Daisy is a club girl.”

Lu and I share an unimpressed look.
