Page 13 of Alpha's Two Omegas

Yeah, this alpha was a student and he’d taken one of my classes, too.

Now that I had both of their attention, I gave Liam a pointed once-over, taking in the large bulge in his jeans where his alpha cock was obviously hard and trapped behind the denim.

Liam blushed and dropped his hand down to cover it.

“I see you’ve been busy while I’ve been working, Waggoner.”

Behind his alpha, Waggoner said, “Oh my God, Alder, don’t.”

To my great pleasure, Liam moved out of the way and turned to face his omega, giving me a view of my boss, looking rumpled and sexed-up, his smart suit all creased and askew and his face bright red. The sight didn’t do anything for my libido but I got a kick out of seeing him so embarrassed. It was cute that he finally had someone to be embarrassedabout.

No, wait, that’s not quite what I meant.

It was just that Waggoner had been single and celibate for so long that it made me happy to see him so loved-up that he couldn’t keep his hands to himself for one day and had to dry-hump his alpha in our office. It was nice that he had the chance to be embarrassed about being busted.

Waggoner covered his red face with his hands.

“I can’t believe you saw that,” he said.

“Again,” I added. This was the third time in the past month I’d found them at it.

“It won’t happen again.” Waggoner sounded firm about that. I wanted to protest because, seriously, I’d only been joking, but his alpha got there ahead of me.

“It won’t happen again today, anyway.” At Waggoner’s outraged look, his alpha smirked and said, “What? You look so cute when you blush.”

“That’s agreed, then.” I moved into the office and closed the door, just in case anyone walked past. I might tease Waggoner but I didn’t want other assholes to see him flushed and dishevelled. He was a genius – and that was saying something, coming from me, not to brag or anything – and he deserved respect.

Liam loitered and made no move to leave.

I gave him a sassy look. “Was there something I can help you with, Mr. Morelli?”

It was fun to tease him, too. For a student and an alpha and a footballer – three icky things rolled into one, really – Liam was kind of ok but I didn’t want to lethimknow that. It was much more fun to remind him that he was a student and he was boning a professor.

Unfortunately, I think Waggoner had been talking about me behind my back or something because Liam was getting less and less afraid of me. He should have scurried away at that, but instead he just shrugged and said, “Actually, yeah, you’re already helping.”

That sounded suspicious. I narrowed my eyes.

“How exactly am I helping?”

“I’m waiting for my boner to die down and you’re speeding it up. Uh, no offense,” he added, as though he hadn’t actually meant that as the burn it was. “It’s just you’re not a hot silver fox like Waggoner, are you?”

I considered. Out loud. “I feel like I want to take offense at not being called hot, but on the other hand you implied that I was young, so…”

Liam grinned. Waggoner put his head in his hands. “I think it’s probably best if you escape while you can, Liam.”

The alpha gave Waggoner a – thankfully relatively chaste – kiss goodbye and left, and I tried not to let the weird feelings squirming inside me distract me from my work. I didn’t need to be kissed goodbye like that. I had a great life. A job I loved, a friend like Waggoner, the absolute best friend I could ask for in Ty and now sweet Ronnie as a housemate. I was set.

“Everything ok, Alder?”

I looked over to Waggoner as I settled at my desk. “No, actually, I’m not because I’ve just been trying to teach the biggest bunch of idiots you’ve ever encountered in your life.”

Waggoner gave me a smile, settling into his own chair. He’d heard me complain about the same things many times, and it was part of our routine. He let me bitch about the first-years for a couple of minutes and then directed our conversation onto actual work. Waggoner was great like that. I settled down for a long afternoon, knowing I wouldn’t leave until late that evening. At least Ty wouldn’t be lonely without me, not with Ronnie to talk to.

Chapter 6: Ronnie

Ihad been dragged out to the Student Union by a bunch of my classmates and it was really kind of them and all, but this wasn’t really my scene. The music was thumping out so that I could hardly hear anyone and nobody could hear me, since my voice just didn’t get that loud.

The bar was so busy that I had to stand in line for nearly twenty minutes with a couple of friends. I had been able to hear them talking but couldn’t join in, so I just stood quietly and listened to the music. When I got to the bar, I leaned over and shouted, “Can I have a beer please?”
