I kept pushing her top up, finally she put her hands in the air, and I took it off. Dropping it on the ground. I then lifted her up, walking her to my bed, lowering her down.
My lips going off her mouth, and down her neck. She inhaled sharply as the coldness of my rings hit her skin, as I slowly ran my knuckles down her centre. Fuck. I was going to take my time with her.
Then a loud knock on my door— well more like a banging, fucking had me having to pull myself off her.
“Just give me one minute to get this bastard to leave.” I said before kissing her stomach and walking to my door. Opening it and seeing Jacob, I was quick to take a stand outside the door so he didn’t get the view of his sister that I had just been admiring.
“It’s late Jacob, what you want?”
“Hawk just called church.”
“It’s one in the morning!”
“Yeah, so it must be important.” He eyed me down. “Tell the woman who ya were fucking, you’ll have to finish her later.” He had a smug expression on his face, knowing he had ruined my plans. Little did he know I had the upper hand, but I wasn’t about to say that it was Autumn in my bed.
I stepped back in, closing the door. Turning around I caught sight of Autumn picking up her shirt.
“Sorry, ya old man wants a word.” I ran a hand through my hair.
“Not my old man.” She spoke, with a tone that told me I had hit a sore spot. I just didn’t understand how.
“He’s your father, isn’t he?” I questioned her, and she looked at me with this hardened expression.
“Legally yes.” And then she moved around me. “Night Cage.”
She walked out of my room, not caring if anyone saw her, and I don’t know why, but I just knew— something was wrong with her. But I didn’t listen to my gut, instead I threaded my vest back on, and headed to church.
Chapter Eleven
Autumn
Iran my hand through my hair. Looking at the tablets on my bedside table. I knew I had to have them, but a part of me— a loud part, was telling me everything was shit anyway, so what was the point?
The wrecking ball had come through my life, destroying it from what it once was. And now I wasn’t sure what to do. First day of school. Which meant facing Dylan. Which meant facing everyone who had heard the rumours.
Everyone knew.
Everyone was judging.
And that tablet was meant to help everything? I scoffed, and picked it up, walking into my ensuite. Dropping it in the sink and running the water.
No amount of medication was going to fix my issues. If anything— they just numbed me more, and I was already numbed to the point that I couldn’t see the light.
I turned the shower on and stripped. Time to get ready for high school. Fuck my life. Oh wait, god already did and has left me with the pieces to keep going on with.
HAWK
The boys were all in foul moods. Had something to do with the fact I had all of them raiding houses across town. I had got a lead on the car that hit Emily’s car, and tracked it to a grow house, and now I wanted to find out more information.
I knew it was dead lead—but I had to put up a front.
Cage stormed into the clubhouse. I put my phone down, reading the headlines about criminal corruption, as he looked at me clearly pissed off. Jacob followed him in, having a similar expression.
“Dead ends.” Cage said and looked at me. “Didn’t know all night stake outs were on my job list.”
“I say jump, you say how high son.” I suppressed my smirk.
Cage wasn’t the type of man that took being told well. However, being President meant— I said, he did.
