“Returning the …Tsk. Come on, let’s go shower before they get here.” I stood, wrapping her naked body around mine, and headed back to the main level, laughing the whole way. We were so caught up in our laughter that we hadn’t noticed Jourdan coming down the hall towards us.

“Ooop. I was just coming to find y’all,” Jourdan said as she quickly covered her eyes and turned around.

“Damn, JoJo. What the hell? Steph said thirty minutes.”

“You know better than that, Brice. You know his ass thinks he’s Drumline Dr. Lee ‘You’re late if you’re on time’ old head ass.” Jourdan said. Then Steph decided to round the corner, casually eating a bag of Flamin' Hot Cheetos.

“I heard y’all in here talking shit about me,” he said and paused then began to point the hot Cheeto that was in his fingers in our direction.

“Yeah, nah. I don’t know what the hell is going on here, but I’m pretty sure lines are being crossed.

“And you’re the one crossing them nigga! Got damn I keep telling JoJo’s ass that this is our damn house. Now use the bell.” I quickly turned to head up the stairs.

“Hey y’all,” Tay said, still laughing.

“Hey Tay. And Brice your ass needs to work on them glutes,” Steph yelled.

“Lines crossed, Steph! And stop eating up all my damn Cheetos!” I yelled.

This nigga!

Carrying Tay straight into the bathroom, I set her on the counter and then started the water.

“You trying to go again?” I lowered my voice and asked as I stood between her legs, as the water warmed. I leaned in and kissed her neck while she scrunched, giggled, and tried to cover her moans.

“No. Are you trying to have the door creep open and El DeBarge poke a hot Cheeto in here telling us to hurry our asses up?” We both laughed loudly. After showering and dressing in cargos and black tees, we returned downstairs to find Steph and JoJo. They were in the kitchen, still helping themselves to our snacks. I also took notice of our large kitchen island, which was covered entirely in schematics and floor plans. Sitting in the center of it all was JoJo’s ‘business’ laptop. I walked around, taking a mental catalog of what I saw and how this incursion would work.

“What we got?” I asked Steph.

“First, the easy part. Costa operates out of a ten-thousand-square-foot house with twenty-two spaces that must be cleared before we reach his primary. The primary is on the estate's first floor, on the rear west side. Second, the really easy part. There’s a gate at the entrance with a manned booth. However, the perimeter is only trees. We can pretty much hit it from any direction.”

“Lynx and I will take him out, sniper style,” Lioness said.

“Nah, it’s too loud. We will have to go in and out without alerting anyone that we are even there. What’s going on in the interior?” I asked.

“He has a chef and a maid service who leave every night at ten and return in the morning at six. We flew a drone over and saw four men securing the perimeter. There’s one on each corner, again…easy work. But we don’t have a clear count on how many of his men will be inside. We’ll just have to take out whoever, one by one until we’re looking at those two motherfuckers in the eyes,” Steph said. I stood back and thought it over.

“Let’s get to it then.” I stood up fully and headed back towards the basement.

“Y’all coming or not?” I asked when I didn’t hear any footsteps behind me. Once I was sure they were following, I descended the stairs and headed to what used to be an oversized bedroom, identical in size to the one where Tay had set up her pole. I’d taken the room six feet from the exterior basement wall holding the room’s closet.

I walked into the closet, which was now filled with Tay’s clothes, and hit a hidden button, opening the wall. Inside was my armory.

“Wait, you remodeled my house?” JoJo asked. As the three suede walls, encased in espresso wood, lit up, they displayed my collection of guns and knives. Drawers and cabinetry sat below housing ammunition and accessories.

“I don’t know how many times I have to tell your ass that this is ‘my’ house,” I said.

“Brice,” Tay said timidly.

“Yeah, Baby.”

“You knew I had that pole down here this entire time?” She asked.

“Tay, Baby, I’ve been trying to catch your sexy ass on that pole ever since you came out from the basement breathing hard and with your skin glowing.”

“You came down here being nosey?”

“Hell yeah, if you were down here having ‘you’ time like that, I wanted to be involved,” I said, laughing. My eyes found JoJo, and she was walking around the small room, mesmerized like she always was when we were around weaponry. I shook my head.
