Eva was busy with his thoughts. Today is the weekend, and she just wanted to spend time with her family and Stephen. But her morning started with this news and was followed by Mr. Miller‘s call, who notified her to reach the office to sign some deal papers.

Mr. Miller already informed Stephen about this. To be truthful, she was skeptical about Stephen’s reaction to this news. However, when Stephen himself asked her to go to the office, she felt surprised and unprepared to attend.

Now Eva understood these papers were not so crucial, but someone was eager to know her reaction after they published the newattend. And she knew he did not expect her presence here.

Her trail of thoughts broke when the ringtone

Disturbed, she noticed the caller and a wide smile spread on her lips. It was from Stephen.

“Hi, so done with your work."

“Hmm, it was hardly a task.”

“ Ok then come out. I am waiting for you."

“ Yes wife, didn’t I tell you we will have a weekend for ourselves? Now don’t make me wait; come out. “

Eva giggled at his words; she just grabbed her mobile and small handbag. She informed Mr. Miller and soon left for the lift. On the way, she spotted Liam, who was busy on his phone. Eva acted to ignore his presence and soon entered the lift after reaching the ground floor. Near his car, she spotted Stephen waiting for her. He was dressed in casual clothes and had sunglasses on. Eva took in his entire appearance. He looked like a model out of a fashion magazine.

Stephen smiled, noticing her gaze on him

Eva reached near him in slow steps and stood near him. Stephen smiled and pulled her close by her waist. Eva smiled at him and he gave her a kiss on the cheek

Stephen opened the car door for her, and Eva took her place next to the driver’s seat.

Stephen got comfortable in his seat and gazed up at the building. A figure was observing them intently, causing a smirk to appear on Stephen’s face before he embarked on his journey. In a separate car, the security team pursued them.

While it focused him on driving, Eva maintained her gaze on him. It was the very first time she had seen him behind the wheel.

‘What? Why this surprise look?” Stephen inquired about her.

“Nothing much, just observing you drive for the first time.
