“I'm not broken.”
“Again.” She was close, he could feel it. Her body was wound tight, now all she had to do was let herself detonate.
“I'm not broken.” Alannah roared the words out into the quiet, peaceful little island, and he pressed hard against her bud, and finally got the response he’d been hoping and praying for.
Letting go of the old bonds, Alannah set herself free.
Her internal muscles clamped around him, and she cried out her release as she let herself fly high, taking every drop of pleasure she deserved. Not letting up, Jake continued to thrust and never stopped touching her bundle of nerves, prolonging her orgasm for as long as he could, and then, when he felt it waning, he picked up the pace, working her toward a second.
Crushing his mouth to hers, he kissed her like he’d been dreaming about when they were on the yacht. She tasted sweet, like something he’d never experienced before, and as he shoved her into a second orgasm, succumbing to his own, Jake wondered how he was going to move forward with his life, never getting another taste of her.
Or if he even wanted to.
October 19th
6:42 P.M.
This was crazy.
How could she be stuck on a deserted island, with no means of getting off, scared about the future and what it held for herand Jake, and yet at the same time feeling so amazingly free and light inside?
It was like a burden she had been carrying had suddenly been taken off her, and it was wonderful.
Of course, Alannah had known that the fact that she couldn’t orgasm like a normal woman had been a weight on her mind. It had certainly also been the cause of breakups with more than a handful of her boyfriends. They’d taken it as a personal slight against them, like she was implying it was their fault when that couldn’t be further from the truth.
Always, she’d placed the blame squarely on her shoulders.
Only sometimes male egos could be a fragile thing, and they hadn't gotten that no matter how hard she’d tried to explain. It wasn't them not being good enough or generous lovers that prevented her from orgasming, it was herself. She was being her own worst enemy.
Jake hadn't taken it as a slight when he hadn't made her come that first time, though. He’d just taken it as a challenge and jumped in even harder to make her do what she had been positive was impossible.
Harder.
She snickered at her own joke. He’d certainly been hard, thick, long, and amazing inside her. He had somehow managed to fill her up in a way she hadn't thought was possible. He hadn't just given her amazing orgasms—yes multiple orgasms—he’d filled up a piece of her that had been missing.
Self-confidence.
Self-worth.
Those were the things that he’d given her.
For the first time in her life, she had been completely and utterly vulnerable with another person, and they had made her feel seen. Jake had seen her, not the unwanted burden her parents always made her out to be.
That was a feeling she wanted to hold onto for as long as she could, for the entire rest of her life, no matter how long that turned out to be.
“What are you laughing at over there?” Jake asked, his voice deliciously low and sultry. It washed over her like a wave of desire, and she had to clench her legs together so she didn't do something silly like climb onto him, straddle his lap, and sink down onto his length.
“Nothing,” she answered quickly, not wanting him to know what she’d been thinking, although she was sure her bright red cheeks would give her away. The curse of being a blusher.
“Doesn’t look like nothing. Are you squeezing your legs together right now?” he asked with a smirk.
“Umm … no?”
“Is that a question, sunshine?”
She shook her head, sure that if she spoke the words wouldn't be another lie but a plea for him to give her another moment of indescribable bliss.
One thing she had determined this morning when Jake had finally pulled out of her and they had no choice but to return to the reality of their situation, was that for as long as they were on this island, she wasn't going to worry about the future. What was the point in worrying about sex changing her friendship with Jake and irreparably ruining it when they might not even live more than another couple of days, or weeks, or maybe months?
