Luca slid his arm behind my back and dug his fingers into my hip as he led me through the club. We walked down a long, dimly lit hallway with red carpets and black walls. Luca stopped in front of the double doors at the end of the hall. My chest heaved as he removed a key from his pocket and dangled it from a string on the edge of his fingers.

An evil grin tugged at Luca’s mouth as he shoved the key into the lock. My belly churned from the intense wave of emotions sweeping over me. He pushed open the door, and my heart leaped out of my chest. “Shake That” by Eminem and Nate Dog blared through the speakers suspended at the room’s corners.

“You can breathe, baby girl. No one will bite you.”

I peeked up at Luca. “I’m not sharing you with other women.”

“It’s just you and me in this room.” He sucked my earlobe into his mouth. “Don’t pay attention to anyone else. I know I won’t see anyone but you.”

I stared into the expanse of the dimly lit room. A red glow cast shadows over the space, the walls mirrored, and the floors carpeted. At the center of the VIP room, girls danced from poles on the stage, surrounded by leather couches and chairs. Another group of naked, beautiful women waited in front of another set of leather couches. Along the opposite wall, two topless girls stood behind a wooden bar, ready to serve us.

My feet stuck to the floor.

I could feel everyone’s eyes on me.

Kali cupped my shoulder. “First time in a place like this, huh? It’s all good, girl. You’ll love it.”

ALEX

Scanning the room,I stood beside Luca. He held my hand and greeted the naked women. His eyes didn’t even wander to their bare chests. They addressed him as sir instead of Mr. Salvatore, which earned him a raised eyebrow from me.

He slid his thumb across my lip. “You have nothing to be jealous about, my queen.”

Luca spoke to a beautiful blonde in charge of the girls, telling her to take good care of his guests. The girls smiled, but the brunette with huge fake breasts at the end of the line looked downright pissed to see me. I tried not to think about the women Luca fucked when we weren’t together. What was the point? His mother’s ring was on my finger, not hers. Luca wanted a queen, not a whore.

“Let’s get a drink,” Luca said as he dragged me toward the bar. “You look like you could use one.”

He gave me a crooked grin as he stopped in front of the bar and ordered a glass of scotch and a cosmopolitan from a pretty redhead with big tits.

She smiled at me and slid our drinks down the bar. “Alexandrea, you’re just as beautiful as they said.”

“Thank you. And you can call me Alex.”

She nodded. “Welcome to The Founders Club. If you need anything, my name is Cara. Just let me know, okay?”

I raised my glass and took a sip. “Thanks. I’m good for now.”

Luca’s brothers and friends gathered around us and shouted orders to Cara and the girl beside her, keeping them busy.

I turned to Luca, my back to the bar. “Does everyone here know me?”

He nodded.

“Then why was the brunette giving me the evil eye when we first walked in?”

His eyes were on mine. “Because she wants to fuck me.”

“You haven’t fucked her?”

He shook his head. “None of the women in this room.”

“Really?”

“The same girls never enter this room more than once.” He hugged me against his chest. “I can see the wheels turning in your beautiful brain. You’re mine. Stop worrying.”

As he entered the room with Drake, Sonny sang the words to “I Don’t Dance” by DMX and Machine Gun Kelly. Finn and Callum strolled into the room with Cole.
