“So fucking good,” she mumbled, closing her eyes again.
“You need to drink some water before you go back to sleep, Princess,” Johnny murmured before he pressed a kiss between her shoulder blades. He nudged her side before he gently rolled her over.
She blinked up at him. He was straddling her waist, a pair of boxer briefs covering his body. Her arm was uncoordinated as she tried to reach out for him, her weak muscles making her fall short.
He took pity on her and leaned down over her.
“Mmm,” she murmured, smiling as she managed to slide her hand around the back of his neck and pull him into a sloppy kiss.
He chuckled as he lowered himself down against her body, resting his weight on his elbows on either side of her head so as not to crush her completely.
They made out lazily while she slowly regained control of her body and came back into herself. Her heart was light—she’d never been so happy in all her life.
“Fucking hell, baby girl.” Derrick groaned.
She smiled into the kiss with Johnny before he chuckled and pulled away, climbing off her completely. “Time for bed, Princess.”
She hummed, smiling, and turned to Kevin. She crooked her finger at him in a come-hither motion.
He laughed but crawled up the bed until he was lying on his side, head propped up on his elbow. “Hi, love.”
She hummed again and reached out for him. He cupped her jaw in his large hand as he guided her mouth to his. They kissed sensually for several moments before he pulled away from her. “I love you.”
“Mmm, love you too.” She moaned as he rolled away from her. She turned, looking for Derrick, and grinned when she found him already crawling toward her.
His long brown hair was tied back in a low ponytail, and his green eyes sparkled with mischief as he lowered himself over her naked body. “Hi, baby girl.”
“Hi, lover boy.” She threaded her fingers through his hair and pulled him down to kiss her. He lowered his body onto hers, resting his full weight against hers. She sighed happily into the kiss and wrapped her other arm around his back.
“So good for us,” he murmured as he pulled back.
She smiled as he pressed a kiss to her forehead before he climbed off her. Johnny returned and gently slid a warm washcloth through her folds, cleaning her. “Do you want to shower before bed?”
She shook her head as her eyelids fluttered shut.
“Not yet, babe,” Kevin murmured and patted her shoulder. “Up here.”
She opened her eyes and turned to see what he meant; she was lying in the middle of their extra-large bed, and Kevin was pointing toward the headboard and pillows. She sighed and rolled onto her side. She slowly crawled up the mattress to where Kevin had already turned down the sheets and blankets.
“Water,” Derrick said, holding her stainless steel cup toward her, straw poised at her lips. She sighed as she sipped the cool water, eyes fluttering.
“Thanks,” she murmured when she was done. She slipped under the cool sheets, naked, and let out a content sigh as her head hit the pillow. “Love you,” she muttered to her guys before she closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep.
It was late whenthe phone rang. Johnny rolled over and glanced at the clock as he reached for his cell: one thirty a.m. It was never good news when the phone rang in the middle the night. He grabbed his phone and quickly sat up when he saw the name on the screen.
“Marcos,” Johnny greeted with a growl.
“Hey man, sorry to wake you. We’ve got Buckley tied up in the basement,” Marcos explained immediately. “My club voted. He’s yours if you want him.”
That wasnotwhat Johnny expected to come out of Marcos’s mouth. “What happened?” Johnny asked, rubbing a hand over his buzzed hair.
“He killed a brother tonight. Was too drugged out to realize and shot him in the middle of the clubhouse during a party.” Marcos sighed.
Johnny paused, still half asleep and wondering if he’d heard him correctly. “I’ll talk to my club in the morning. Give you a call when I know what’s going on,” Johnny said, unable to make a club decision unilaterally.
“Roger that,” Marcos said before he hung up.
Johnny sighed and put his phone back on the nightstand. He glanced over his shoulder at the extra-large bed, at the three sleeping bodies that lay there, but a set of bright blue eyes awake and shining in the light of the bathroom nightlight.
