Page 55 of Love Is Brewing

It’d been too long since she’d had sex and she couldn’t remember the last time she initiated it.

Least of all with someone she only knew a few weeks.

But she knew what she needed and wasn’t going to play games anymore.

A few more dates would not change her mind so why wait when her body had taken the wheel? Let’s just hope it drove better than she did in the snow!

She threaded their fingers together and walked toward her bedroom. Elias following behind her.

The minute they were in her room, he hit the light switch on the wall, the small lamp by her bed the only glow in the room, her door shut, and Elias had her in his arms.

He was holding her tight, his mouth was crushing hers and she wanted everything he was willing to give her.

He wasn’t going to treat her like she was fragile.

He wasn’t going to be sweet and tender either.

It was exactly what she wanted. How he knew that, she wasn’t sure.

Call it kismet.

Call it fate.

She called it hot!

She hopped up some and he understood she wanted to wrap her legs around his waist, so his hands moved under her ass.

“Yeah,” he said. “Just what I wanted.”

She laughed in her throat but didn’t want to talk. He said they didn’t need to so she put her mouth back to his.

He moved a few feet to her bed and laid her down, but she wasn’t unlocking her limbs from around his body.

He pried her legs apart though so she had little choice.

Rather than lean back like she thought he was going to do, he only slid his hands under her sweater. She jumped at how cold they were and he laughed.

“I thought the cup of coffee would have warmed them,” she said.

“They didn’t warm yours,” he said, his mouth moving around her neck and nibbling.

“My plan failed.”

She knew her hands were cold when they went under his shirt, but he’d done a better job of not jerking like she’d done.

And that also meant she’d given it away that she had been thinking about getting him naked and only trying to figure out how to bring it up rather than change her mind.

“I don’t care about chilly hands,” he said. “They warm up fast enough.”

Just like her body felt as if it was a torch leading the way.

The tightness around her breasts released as he unhooked her bra. Much faster than other men had been able to do.

What was so difficult about two little metal clasps was beyond her, but it always seemed to happen.

Not this time.

Not with this man.
