I’m so stunned it takes a second for me to kiss him back.
The hot slide of his mouth against mine is incredible, and I groan against his mouth as he rakes his nails over my back and rubs his hard cock against mine.
He’s so eager, and his kisses are both forceful and needy. He’s the perfect blend of desperate and submissive. I hitch his other leg up so he’s straddling my waist and I’m pinning him against the wall.
He lets out the cutest squeal of surprise and wraps his arms around my neck, his lips never leaving mine.
This isn’t what we do, but it feels completely natural to be making out with my stepbrother. And more than that, it feels right.

KILLIAN
The doorto the study room slams against the wall, followed by thethudof someone hitting the floor and a weakoofof pain.
I tear my mouth from Felix’s and look toward the commotion.
A masked figure lies on the floor in a heap with the twins standing over him.
Felix tightens his grip around me and presses hot, open-mouthed kisses against my neck. I tilt my head to the side to give him better access as Jace kneels next to William and pulls off his mask.
“What are you doing?” William asks, his eyes wide with fear as the twins pull their masks off and toss them aside.
“What do you think we’re doing?” Jace asks in a deadly calm voice.
“I…I don’t know.” His gaze lands on me and Felix, and something flashes in his eyes. It’s too dark to make out what, but he doesn’t seem surprised to see us tangled together.
“What did you drug him with?” Jax kneels next to his brother.
“Nothing!” William looks around the room wildly, like he’s trying to find an escape hatch or something. “I didn’t do anything.”
“Did he drug you, kitten?” I ask Felix.
He doesn’t stop kissing my neck but mumbles, “Yeah,” against my skin.
“He says you did,” I tell William. “So who do you think I’m going to believe?”
“I didn’t—eeek!” William cuts himself off with a pathetic squeal as Jace pulls a straight razor out of his pocket and flips the blade out.
The knife is gorgeous, with a black handle inlaid with an intricate gold pattern. The blade itself is the same gleaming gold and is so sharp and shiny it looks like a mirror. It’s one of his favorites, and I know exactly what he can do with it.
“Are you sure you want to stick with that answer?” Jace rolls the blade around his knuckles like he isn’t using a straight razor as a fidget spinner. “Because Goldie here thinks you’re a lying sack of shit. And Goldie doesn’t like liars.”
“I…” William’s terrified eyes are glued to the razor.
“You what?” Jax pulls a butterfly knife out of his pocket and flips it open. “And think carefully about your answers.” He spins the blade around in a complicated pattern that’s nothing more than a blur of gleaming metal in the dim light. “Because we don’t like liars either.”
Jace might enjoy playing with knives as much as he loves using them, but he’s not the only twin who’s proficient with a blade.
William squeals again and tries to scramble away from them. Jace grabs a handful of his hair and yanks, snapping William’s head back and exposing his neck.
Calmly, he rests the edge of the razor against William’s throat.
William freezes, his eyes wide with terror and his chest still as he holds his breath.
“What did you drug him with?” Jace asks in that same even tone.
William makes a choked sound but doesn’t answer.
