My hands itched to pull the blanket up, cover myself. Instead, I laid back and pulled my knees up, parting my legs for him.

“Fucking hell,” he growled and climbed on the bed with me. “Do you have any idea what you’re doing to me?”

I glanced down at his arousal, straining against the condom, and my heart raced. Desire swallowed whatever fear I had.

As Cam crawled between my legs, he kissed me. There was nothing soft, nothing gentle. This kiss was fierce and scalded all the way through me. He broke the kiss as he slipped two fingers inside me, then back up to the source of pleasure that still hummed from his touch.

I gasped as he pulled one nipple between his lips, sucking it until it swelled taut and ached, and then moved to the other. I moved beneath him, grabbed his sides, and clung to him.

“I want…” I gasped as the tip of him pressed into me, opening me. “More.”

Cam groaned and shifted, releasing my nipple and raising over me. He gripped beneath my knees, pushed them back against my chest, then slipped inside me.

I cried out, not from pain, that was momentary, but from the overwhelming clash of sensations. The muscles in my thighs pulled taut, tightening me around the width of him.

“Riley,” he murmured and moved inside me.

The sound of skin on skin, the feel of him inside and the friction that built, consumed everything. Nothing else mattered but Cam and the way he made me feel. Every inch of my body was on fire, each thrust pushing me further into oblivion.

I don’t know how long it lasted, but wave after wave came, pleasure and sensation continued to build as my body grew damp and I couldn’t do much more than moan.

I came again, gripping the sheets as he thrust faster, until he released my legs and collapsed with a moan on top of me, his face buried in my neck.

It was several long minutes before I could form a coherent sentence. “Does it always feel that good?”

“Darlin.” He half choked on a laugh, rolled his weight off me, and curled at my side. “If it doesn’t, I’m doing something wrong.”

“What about me?” I traced a finger down his chest.

“Fucking perfect.”

The loud, resonating rumble of a Harley throttling up the driveway broke through the fog of sleep. It was dark now. We’d slept most of the day, wrapped up in each other. Cam kissed the back of my neck before sliding from the bed and padding naked to the window.

I openly watched, enjoying the view of lean muscle as he peeked out the blinds before coming back.

“It’s Merc.” He flipped up his phone and checked. “Fuck. I slept through his calls.”

“I didn’t even hear the others leave.” I stretched beneath the sheet, enjoying the slight soreness between my thighs. I wasn’t a virgin anymore. One glance at Cam and I knew I could have picked a worse first time.

Cam grinned, flicked on the light, and leaned over the bed enough to kiss me. Gentle and chaste turned quickly into something else as I tugged him closer. “You’re going to get me in trouble.” He pulled away and yanked on a pair of jeans.

“How’s that?”

Something in my question stopped him. He stood there and tilted his head, studying me as if he didn’t quite know how much to say. He chose to let the silence linger and turned back to his dresser. I didn’t like the way he didn’t answer, the way some dark cloud hovered over him all of the sudden.

We’d been intimate, slept together. How was I going to get him in trouble?

“What’s going on? What are you not telling me?” I scrambled from the bed and got dressed. It felt like I needed armor to have this conversation.

He was pulling a white t-shirt over his head by the time I’d rounded the foot of the bed. “Wait in here. I’ll be right back.”

“No.” I was trembling, but not from fear. “If this…” I gestured between him and the bed. “…is a problem, I need to know so I can make sure it doesn’t happen again.” Hot, mad tears threatened.

He sucked his bottom lip into his teeth and narrowed his eyes, his jaw tight. “I’m not asking you to hide from Merc.”
