“You know the way, do you? It won’t help you escape.”
I wince inwardly. I should have let Iunia lead me back to the cells, or swallowed my pride and let him drag me. Now I’ve given up the information that I’ve been making a mental map of the ship. I consider taking a wrong turn, but it would be too obvious.
“You don’t last long in Wild Space without a sense of direction. Speaking of Wild Space, how long have you guys been out here? How much longer will you stay? It’s not safe here. Those Toads might come back for the Orbs.”
Iunia laughs. “I welcome it. We’ll rip them apart. Now walk!” He barks out the command, and I keep going, my mind racing as I try to think of questions to ask. I need to pump him for information before the moment is lost, while his mind is clouded with thoughts of Tasha. He marches me to the doors of my cell and scans his card to open it. They hiss open.
“Wait, tell me, do you—” He pushes me, and I stumble into the cell as the doors close behind me.
“Dammit, dammit, dammit!” I smash my hand against the button to open the doors, but he’s set the computer system to keep me locked in. The steel doors offer protection, but I wonder how many of the Aurelians have access to my cell. Can they all scan in?
There’s nothing I can do to help my captain. I smash my palm against the door in frustration.
If she wants helping.
I shudder as I remember the sight of her soaking wet pussy. Captain Aelon and his triad couldseehow turned on she was.
If what I know about Aurelians is true, they can sense arousal. They can breathe it in andtasteit in your scent. You can’t hide your lust from the brutal creatures.
I stomp back and forth in my cell, wishing there was something I could do. I hate feeling helpless.
The doors hiss open and I turn, ready to chew out Iunia or whoever—
I gasp soundlessly.
Kit and his two brutal beasts stomp in, the door shutting us in. He rushes forward, his huge hands grabbing at me, and I dodge by jumping through the bunk bed and to the other side.

Irun into the other two of his triad.
They grab me, pulling me up, each with an arm under my armpit as they haul me to their leader. I scream and Kit shoves his fingers down my throat, turning the sound into a gargle. I taste sweat, disgusting salt and grime and I bite down as hard as I can. He just growls in response, his eyes hard and hungry.
His nostrils flare as he takes in my scent.
Whatever he smells makes him furious. “You’ll learn to like it,” he snarls, and it clicks. He’s angry because he was expecting to smell my arousal. He thought he’d turn me into his little bitch in heat. I kick, but he grabs me by the hips and throws me onto the bunk. He rips down his pants, and his huge, thick member rears up, hungry for me.
Drool drips from his mouth, falling on my neck. I’d prefer acid. I feel dirty and disgusting.
I squirm and writhe, trying to get away from the hands groping and pressing me down. I open my mouth to scream, but nothing comes out as I look up at the scarred Aurelian who has snapped and gone Rogue. The stink of him assails my nostrils. He’s like a dirty animal, a beast with a scent of dirt and rot.
The doors open and there’s a blur of movement. Garrick and his men come out of nowhere. They don’t even bother to draw their Orb-Blades, rushing forward like avenging angels.
Kit turns, but he’s too late. Garrick’s huge fist breaks his jaw, and I slam my boot against his hard cock. There’s a cracking sound as his thick member snaps. He gasps in pain, blood streaming from his mouth, when more Aurelians stream in, two triads that grab Kit and his men. They have to hold Garrick back because he looks like he’s about to kill them.
They grab Kit and his triad out, hauling them as they sputter and fight, ripping the Orb-Blades from their belts. My heart is pounding. I run my hands over my legs, making sure nothing happened to me.
“I told you I’d keep you safe,” he says in his deep, somber voice.
“Thank…thank you,” I gasp out, my voice tremoring. He’s saved me twice now. I get out of the bunk bed, wanting to feel solid ground under my feet.
“Are you okay? Did he do anything?
“No, thanks to you…again,” I say, and wince as my wrist throbs. Garrick turns to Markrin, who makes his way out of my cell, leaving me with just the two of them. I’m panting. My adrenaline is pulsing through my veins, my heart racing, and a wracking sob escapes me.
I’m supposed to be strong. I’m supposed to be powerful, but I’m not. Not here, surrounded by brutal aliens who want nothing more than to breed me. Garrick opens his arms, and I step towards him, letting him grab me and hold me tight against his powerful chest. “You’re safe now. I will not leave your side.”
