He kneels beside me, gaze searching my face like he’s trying to memorize me all over again. “You sure, omega?” he asks, voice lower now. “You still want this?”

“I’ve never wanted anything more,” I whisper.

He exhales, that tension in his chest easing, and then he smiles – crooked and warm and all Blaise. “All right, then. Let me show you just how much I love you.”

He guides me back down gently, his hands warm and steady as he eases between my legs. He doesn’t press in right away – just kisses me. Deep and slow, tongue stroking over mine, hand cradling my jaw.

Then he starts to move lower, trailing kisses down my throat, across my chest, over the swell of my breasts. His mouth closes over a nipple and I arch, a soft moan escaping me as he suckles gently.

“You’re already so full,” he murmurs against my skin. “So wet. So ready.”

“For you,” I breathe. “Always for you.”

He lines himself up and sinks into me slowly, groaning low and rough as he stretches me open again. “Fuck – you’re tight, baby. So warm. So perfect.”

I gasp, legs wrapping around him, locking him in.

The sensation is different than with Xar – hotter, wilder, like Blaise burns from the inside out. He rocks into me with slow, controlled thrusts, one hand fisted in the blankets, the other gripping my thigh.

We move together, perfectly in sync. His forehead presses to mine, our breath mingling, sweat slicking our skin.

“I love you,” he whispers, over and over, like a mantra. “Evie, I fucking love you.”

“I love you too,” I cry, overwhelmed. “Blaise, please— Bond me.”

He kisses me once, fiercely, then lowers his mouth to my neck. His teeth sink in just as I come again – harder than before, body seizing around him, tears spilling down my cheeks from the sheer intensity.

His knot catches as he empties inside me, pulsing heat deep into my core as the second bond slams into place – fiery and bright and blazing through every cell in my body, causing me to rear up and bite him back. The bond snaps into place like an electrical storm, fierce, instant, dangerous andright.

He licks over the mark with a growl that sounds like triumph.

“You’re my heart,” he whispers. And I know it’s true because everything he’s feeling, I feel too. “Mine.”

We shake together, both of us undone, both of us clinging.

And when it’s over, he holds me tight, stroking my hair, whispering everything he’s ever felt but never said until now.

“I’ve got you,” he breathes. “Always.”

Xar curls up behind me, tucking his face into my neck, wrapping an arm over my waist. We’re tangled together – knotted, bonded, claimed.

One alpha left. And I already know how I want it to end.

I wait for Blaise’s knot to deflate and then I roll onto my side, blinking slowly. My heart is still pounding from Blaise’s bite. From Xar’s earlier knot. From the overwhelming truth that I’mtheirs.

Forever.

But there’s one more piece to fall into place. And he’s right there – watching me like I might slip through his fingers if he so much as breathes wrong.

Dane.

My calm. My caretaker. My anchor in the storm. And the one I had to work hardest to reach.

He kneels at the edge of the nest, shirtless, thighs spread, looking so utterly wrecked and beautiful it punches the air from my lungs. His eyes burn into mine, molten and unblinking.

I lift my hand toward him. “Come here.”

His jaw clenches. “Are you sure?”
