Page 4 of Marc

Adam is one of my regular models. I have been photographing him for months now and have gotten to know him on a more personal level.

There aren’t any romantic feelings involved. Although, I suspect he wouldn’t turn down a date with me if I asked.

Before I can inflate my ego anymore, I walk over to Marc.

I would have adjusted him first, but I needed to calm my nerves before touching him. Just being near him sets my body on fire and my heart racing.

“Since you two are dressed similarly, I think we should style your shirts the same and since this is resort casual, rolled sleeves fit.”

I wait for him to give me permission to touch him.

He finally speaks after an awkward moment. “That makes sense.”

“So, can I?” I gesture to the buttons on the front of his shirt.

“Oh, uh, yeah.”

My hands shake as they reach for his shirt. This moment feels more intimate than a first kiss.

Oh, no.

I should not have thought about a first kiss with Marc. My heart pounds in my chest as blood races through my veins down to my core.

Time seems to slow down as my gaze locks onto my fingers, that are delicately unbuttoning the top two buttons.

My thoughts turn to fully undressing Marc. I have seen almost all of him without clothes, so it doesn’t take too much imagination.

If thinking about a first kiss is wrong, then I am royally screwed.

I rush back to my camera to put some distance between Marc and me. Taking a deep breath, I calm my racing heart before getting back into photographer mode.

After several shots and a variety of poses, I finish with Kelly.

“Kelly, you’re done. You can get changed and head home. I’ll see you tomorrow.”

He gives me a nod before heading towards the back of the studio to the changing rooms.

Focusing on the task at hand, Adam and Marc pose together and I go overboard on the photos.

The two of them are good friends and they work so well together that I want to spend extra time capturing the moments.

I know I have more than enough to work with, so I send Marc to the couch while I take some of just Adam.

Adam flirts with the camera and it makes his photos look enticing.

“Yes! This is exactly what we need.” I praise him before adding, “You’re good to go. Thanks for waiting.”

“Awesome! See you tomorrow.” He jogs to the dressing room and changes while Marc makes his way back to the backdrop.

Kelly hands Kat his clothes and gives us a wave before heading out the back door.

Kat carefully hangs up the clothes before yelling to Marc. “Do you need any makeup touch ups?”

“Uh.” He looks at me to get the correct answer.

I answer for him. “No, he should be good.”

She hesitates for a moment, then asks, “Do you care if I call it a day?”
