Hmm.
So why wasn’t he making a move on her?
“Any questions?” Sampson asked.
“It seems straight-forward,” Tobias said. “Make sure she eats regularly. Don’t let her eat just sugar. Ensure she has her medication morning and night. If she gets ill, call you. Give her plenty of warning in the morning before we have to go anywhere.”
“Yeah, Isaiah will set alarms on her phone to help wake her up,” Sampson told him. “She’s like this most mornings and she can be hard to get going if you don’t wake her early enough. Sheneeds her medication with food. And, again, it can be hard to get her to eat in the mornings.”
“All day,” Isaiah added.
“Food, other than sugar, isn’t Immy’s priority,” Sampson said. “Also, just watch she doesn’t get taken in by anyone.”
“What does that mean?” Tobias asked. “And would Immy like you telling me this? Shouldn’t she be the one to tell me?”
“You don’t know her well. But she doesn’t ever ask anything from anyone. All she wants is to take care of everyone. Even if she runs herself into the ground doing it,” Sampson explained.
“Immy’s very sweet. If she sees someone in trouble, she’ll want to help them,” Isaiah said. “But not everyone is as kind and innocent as she is. Should be fine, you’re only going for a few days.”
Sampson grunted. “Doesn’t take long for Immy to get into trouble. Remember the box of kittens?”
Isaiah groaned. “Yep. And the guy that told her that he’d lost his dog only to steal her handbag.”
“What the hell?” Tobias snapped as anger filled him. “Who was supposed to be watching her?”
“No one then. Now, things are different. There’s also another level of danger considering her relationship to Jenner. She’s been photographed a few times with him and even though the press know that she’s his assistant, the fact we all live together seems a hot topic for the fucking tabloids,” Sampson said. “Look, just, if there’re any problems with Immy, call me. It’s best to get on top of any issues immediately. Especially health ones.”
“What does she take medication for?” Tobias asked.
Sampson and Isaiah shared a look.
“That’s above your pay grade,” Sampson told him, standing.
“What about her Little side? Does she have a Daddy?” Tobias asked. He knew he was pushing it by asking. But he wasliving here now. And they were basically assigning him as her bodyguard. Not that he had any problems with that.
But he wanted to know what the dynamic was here because he didn’t really get it. They all seemed to take care of her and yet they didn’t seem to be in a relationship with her. Did they fulfill a Daddy role for her without being in a sexual relationship? He knew that happened.
“Little side?” Sampson asked quietly.
“Yeah. It’s kind of obvious she’s a Little, I get why you didn’t tell me or put it down. Guess it’s not really my business. But if there’s anything she needs . . . who do I go to for that?”
Would he go to one of them for that? Or do it himself? He wasn’t sure.
The other men stared at him.
“I don’t know why you’d think Immy is a Little, but she’s not,” Isaiah said. “And we don’t fulfil any sort of Daddy role for her.”
Okay.
He watched as Sampson and Isaiah left.
That was just weird.
So either he was off in his assessment and Immy wasn’t a Little. Or she was and for some reason they were all in denial.
Or was it just Immy in denial and the rest of them went along with it? Because he’d thought they all gave off Daddy vibes.
Sampson especially.
